"We received a very nice, spacious room with an amazing view. Check-in was quick, and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was very disappointing. Sometimes, only one of the two beds was made, and at times, the room was barely cleaned. The hotel is nice, but the issue lies with the staff. "excellent stay again. food in buffet is excellent quality and always hot. same for bbq and levante restaurants. all staff friendly and smiley. main pool is heated warmer than babies and kids pools and is a lovely temperature. only negatives is that you are pinned in like sardines on the loungers around the pools. the main pool is the same depth throughout. it would be great if there was a slopped entry and more shallow area so that our 7 year old was not out of their depth"

"Very nice resort with lot of fun. Enjoyed a lot especially staff, pool, beach behind the hotel, water sports like parasailing, lot of food and drinks, animation team and the professional dancers at amphitheatre. Very good for families. Few things to improve: the room ( villa) is a bit old and toilet is small and old for a five star, receptionists struggled with English and was not easy to communicate, food was repetitive but not an issue as a lot of options. "Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet aber viel zu dünne Wände man hört alles Eine Woche lang musste ich um 7 Uhr aufstehen weil es viel zu laut gewesen ist . Und ich finde es traurig das es in einem 5 Sterne Hotel keinen „Bitte nicht stören „ Schild gibt’s Wurde fast jeden Tag in der Früh von housekeeping aufgeweckt worden. Das Personal war echt sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit Einen sehr großes Lob an den Koch in der Snack Bar er hat die Speisen immer mit Leidenschaft...

"Daha önce kaldığımız bir otel ve oteli seviyorduk ama bu sefer bazı olumsuzluklar yaşadık. Bir gün sular kesildi. Sadece sıcak su değil hiç su akmadı. Odadaki klima sistemi bazen yetmiyor resmen soğutamadı. En kötüsü de her yer de çocuklar için ücretli aktiviteler var ve sonuçta otelde çocuklara yönelik ücretsiz aktivite de var ama illaki önünden geçiyorsun ve çocuk istiyor. AVM ye gelmişiz gibi.
