"We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it...

"Loved having bathrooms for every bedroom. We had six to eight people in the house at any time and we were never cramped. Lots of space to hide away and read a book. I was surprised to find chairs for the beach which I must have missed when I looked earlier. Great time watching the sunrise. We would love to return one day!"

"This was an interesting place to stay. It depends on what you are looking for in a vacation housing location. This place is a converted garage unit turned into a one room condo. It was clean and was not as bad as it sounds. This unit was in a complex of multiple buildings and is in the middle of about 6 other places to stay. "Hovey House was GREAT. My family had not had a vacation in years and this week was perfect. We caught fish, kids done the educational tour of the Wright's Brothers Memorial and enjoyed the local go-carts. Host was very involved and professional. Will stay there again."

"The location is beautiful especially with the priveate beach access. Also the main building l9kks nice and well maintained. Our room was in one of the side buildings. There as soon as you leave the room itself it feels a bit dirty and worn down. The doors and walls in the hallway have bumps and scratches. The carpet is torn and has stains. But the worst are the stair cases. The windows are covered with spider webs and dead bugs. All of this could be avoided easily and would lead to a better...
