This 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom Signature Series home is a great choice if you're looking for Outer Banks luxury! Located in the heart of Kitty Hawk, this Outer Banks rental is just walking distance from local eateries and a short drive away from many OBX attractions. Take a 10-minute walk and enjoy lunch or dinner at Barefoot Bernie's or enjoy a locally sourced glass of wine at TRiO. Kemp's Ridley Retreat is also just 4 minutes away from the Kitty Hawk public beach access!

At Kemp's Ridley Retreat, you'll find top-of-the-line amenities, including an elevator, and rec room. Brothers Reunion

This is a beautiful home in every way. 3 king suites was perfect for 3 senior brothers and wives. The beds are very high and could use step stools. The elevator was essential for one who uses a rollator. And great to carry luggage and groceries. Lots of outdoor seating on the decks.The gated community is lovely and close to most everything. The walking path along the sound was great for the walkers. The home is managed by Resort Realty and they were very responsive to our need for help with cable tv reception. The furnishings were top of the line and the kitchen was very well stocked for meal preparation. The pool was beautiful to see but it was a little early weather wise to use it. The 1st floor tv/game area was great as the upstairs sitting area did not have cable tv. Only streaming. But not enough comfortable chairs downstairs for adults. That area also has beds to sleep 6-8 kids as well as a full refrigerator and mini dishwasher. And bathroom. Overall the home was a 10!! Perfect for us. Thanks everyone for making our family gathering a beautiful and pleasant memory.

Overall, very nice house with only a few negatives.

Overall, we had a great time staying here. It was our first time in the OBX and we couldn't have asked for a better location. While it's not all that close to the beach itself, the house is near the OBX sound, offering beautiful sunset water views and quiet bike paths. The positives: - The house appears to be a new build and is beautifully furnished and decorated. - The property was spacious, accommodating our whole family comfortably. - The pool and hot tub were great. If the weather had been better during our trip, we'd have probably used them more. - The front deck was great. Comfortable seating - perfect for morning coffee or evening wine! - The elevator was nice for transporting luggage and groceries. - The top floor living space was expansive and comfortable. - The beds were comfortable and spacious. - The showers and bathrooms were modern, sleek, and very nice. - The kitchen was incredible - beautiful and containing every appliance and utensil you'd ever need. A dream kitchen! The negatives: - The pool alarm. Easily the single worst thing about the house and the reason this isn't a 5-star review. For general "safety reasons," there is an alarm on the door leading to the pool. Every time you open the door, the alarm shrieks, disturbing the whole house. You can momentarily silence the alarm from the inside of the house before opening the door, however there's no way to silence it upon re-entry, meaning every time someone comes back inside the house, the alarm goes off. No morning swim time without waking up the whole house. - Moreover, the pool alarm was on the fritz during our stay, due to a faulty battery, so it would periodically chirp during the middle of the night for no reason. This happened two nights in a row during our stay. The second night we didn't get to sleep until 2 am. This very nearly ruined the trip. The pool alarm is a nice idea (in theory), but should be deactivated upon request by the guest, if everyone in the party is an adult. A serviceman from Resort Realty eventually just removed the battery for us, and that was that. - The house only has a single-cup Keurig coffee maker. This is nice for single folks living on their own, but not adequate for whole families who just want a cup of coffee without waiting for a percolator to brew. - The main mounted TV didn't come out from the wall, so hooking up an HDMI cable to our Apple TV proved difficult. - The sink stopper in each bathroom wouldn't open to drain.

Amazing home!

I've been vacationing in the OBX for years and this was the nicest house I've ever stayed in granted it is new construction but the decor and outdoor furniture was beautiful. The elevator was a lifesaver for bringing in coolers and groceries. Would highly recommend. Only reason we won't be back is we got a puppy and it's not pet friendly :(
