This condo is perfect for a small group or one family. 1 Bedroom, 2 Full bathrooms, 2nd floor end unit, full kitchen, family room and private furnished balcony all with wonderful ocean views. The condo sleeps 4 on 1 queen bed in the master and 2 bunk beds. Linen service is included with the beds made upon arrival. The condo complex is ocean front and within walking distance to the sound, water sport rentals, and sound front shops and restaurants. You will also enjoy the community pool, community washer and dryer, tennis courts, grass courtyard, charcoal grills, and playground.


Why visit Duck, NC?: Duck is a quaint little beach town with loads of charm. Located in North Carolina's beautiful Outer Banks, the Town of Duck is situated on Highway 12, just 10 miles north of Kitty Hawk, between Southern Shores and Corolla. This town offers everything to take you away from the hustle and bustle. You will enjoy the wide beaches, sailing or fishing on the Currituck Sound, or golfing nearby. This town is chock full of shopping opportunities, including gift shops, art galleries, clothing boutiques, specialty shops, beach outfitters, book stores, kids' shops and much more. Duck is also a great place to eat or socialize. Visit the numerous Duck restaurants, including pizza joints, delis, outdoor bar areas, and upscale establishments with award-winning wine lists. Peaceful, quiet, perfect family getaway
My husband, daughter and myself stayed this past weekend and it was just what we needed. Condo had the perfect amount of space and was clean. Perfect for a small family getaway, complex had a playground, pool, easy beach access, and applicable parking. Shops/ restaurants close by, and views were amazing. We will definitely be coming back, highly recommend this property.

Can’t beat the location
We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Duck, making it easy to explore everything. The ocean view was a lovely bonus, and it was perfect for our family . The listing was spot-on, and we appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was. If you’re looking for a charming place to stay, don’t overlook this gem! Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed 11 days at this property. The condo was clean, quiet and well stocked. The location is great!! Pool area was clean and very close to the condo, ocean views are beautiful. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. This is our 3rd stay in this condo. Looking forward to next year already.

Location is great!
We have never been to Duck before but we fell in love! We went for a few nights with our daughters (5 & 1) and this condo was perfect for a quick getaway with our little family. We did notice some mold in the bedroom on the vent. I am allergic & woke up each morning with the sniffles and a sore throat. There were board games & books available for rainy days, but hopefully you won’t need them and can enjoy the beach, pool and playground!

Not great shape...bed is comfortable. Recliner has seen better days...exposed nails on bench outside access door, master bathroom door wont close due to wall crack extending to ceiling (possible structural integrity issue)...2nd bathroom shower stall falling apart. 2 1/2 sets of stairs from the parking lot to the room ensures your movements are well thought out and not to be wasted. A/C worked great..kitchen well stocked...just needs some updates and touch ups.

Quaint Condo with Excellent Hosts
This condo would be a great stay for a couple with no children or younger children. It is on the smaller side with no storage for dry goods in the kitchen but has everything we needed. The bunkbed was a little tight for my 15 year old but he is the size of an adult male at this point. He ended up sleeping on the couch which was very comfortable for him. We had a little hiccup with the linens but Wendy was quick to fix the issue and even went above and beyond to make it right. The location is great being close to the beach but also close to shopping and food. We didn't utilize any of the amenities but the pool looked nice and clean and we saw kids enjoying the tennis courts. Overall it was great for our needs.

Honeymoon stay
It was fantastic, the condo was so cute, plenty of sleeping room, and any amenities we needed were on site! The town of duck is a beautiful with plenty of places to eat and activities to do. As well as being just a short drive to Kitty Hawk and Nags Head.

Super location with amenities we needed
This place was just about perfect. The bathroom in the bedroom, however, needs the shower rod to be attached to the wall. It kept falling off. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we easily solved the issue for us by using only the hall bath shower. This is such a terrific location that we will choose this place again.

Property seemed a little dated. Unlike other VRBO Properties we’ve stayed at, even the smallest amenities were missing ( small bar of soap /shampoo in bathrooms, dishwasher but no dishwasher pods -extremely basic). Was unaware of the large number of stairs (30) to the 2nd floor.

Good condo
The condo served our needs well. We really are not beach people, we were there to play golf. The weather was not good while we were there so we never even went to the beach, however the beach acess looked like it would be a very easy walk. The bed was quite comfortable. We didn't cook any meals there so I can't comment on the kitchen items. Would stay there again.

Wonderful place
This was a wonderful location. We didn’t walk down to the boardwalk like we expected to so I have no details on that. But the beach was easy access. Due to the one bedroom/bunk beds layout nearly everyone had young children like us. Whole building is quiet by 10 pm but come 7 am you’ll hear everyone on their balcony. Balconies have no privacy and you can look right in on everyone but that didn’t bother us. Had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!
