"We enjoyed the peace and relaxing atmosphere of the Cozy Cabin after spending all day celebrating Dad’s 99th Birthday with lots of family. Brian was instantly available to answer our questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay and allowing us to make special memories with family. "

"House was large and quite adequate for our 21 people. Nice weather allowed for several hikes even over New Years. Great views and sunrises. Sunroom off kitchen was popular early morning spot. Large first floor area allowing game area, food prep area football watching"

"It was great being with family! The place was dated with no outside working lights. The fire alarm and remote control either had no batteries or they didn’t work. We bought batteries. The beds were comfy and the hot water was fabulous for the showers and the bath. It was spacious. It was sad that 4 days before Christmas there was no tree and it wasn’t festive at all. "

"This was our first time at this property, but hopefully will not be our last! The home and bunkhouse are both more spacious than in the pictures online. Everything was immaculately clean, and everything you could want was available at the property. Plenty of outdoor seating, and lovely ambience in the evenings. The owners were incredibly pleasant to work with and responded promptly to any query I made with them. I would give a rating of 10 stars if I could! "

"This home was great for our extended family of 26! The kitchen was well-stocked. The huge dining room table could seat us all. The 3 refrigerators and 2 ovens/stoves were great. We missed having a dishwasher, but we just used more disposable paperware so we weren't doing dishes all week! The living room was great with lots of nice couches. The smart TV worked well. "I recently stayed in this cottage for a winter getaway. It was just as described and perfectly appointed! Guy and Jane met me shortly after arriving and told me a little about the history. They were easy to reach during my stay and very friendly. Overall the cottage is cozy and I was relaxed and comfortable during my stay. The Little Juniata is a short walk and the scenery is beautiful. I look forward to staying again!"

"We had a great stay and definitely putting on my list of places to stay again! I wasn't sure of staying in a tiny house because I didn't want to feel too cramped. But, it felt more spacious inside than I expected. Very clean, and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was very nice, but a bit too cold for us to enjoy it. We'll have to come back in the summer. We booked this location because of its proximity to the Standing Stone Trail. It was a great spot for our adventure of hiking...

"Tucked away up the side of a mountain overlooking foggy morning treelines. The hot tub was our favorite part, and the kitchen was lovely. It would be an awesome stay in late spring or early summer when we might have spent more time making use of the massive and beautiful deck."

"This was my 2nd stay. It’s a nice little cabin with the very basic necessities. The beds are comfortable and the place is relatively clean. The downstairs does have a bit of a dog smelt, but nothing overwhelming or terrible. The description is very accurate. Internet is a bit slow and WiFi signal isn’t very strong. The hosts are very kind and communicate in a timely manner. I would stay again. "

"We were given a first floor room and guests were in the lobby until 2:30 am. Talking and carrying on so loudly- worst night sleep ever. The accommodations were fine but you think the desk would've done something about the noise. The guests carrying on in the lobby acted as if they were the only ones there"
