"Great apartment in great house. Everything was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would have been useful for a longer stay. I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person. "

"Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room. "The location is superb right on the water. The house is lovely and had everything we needed! We had a slight issue gaining access, but the host was very responsive and helpful, so it was resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay again, our toddler didn't want to leave!"

"Thank you for an amazing stay. A great place with plenty of things to entertain people of all ages. The fact that it was dog friendly too was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend. "I booked the property for my parents & their friend as a surprise getaway to relax. The first thing my parents commented on was how clean the property was and that it smelled amazing on arrival. They loved the location of the house, also they appreciated that should kids be staying there, the toys/dress up provided & also the style of the second bedroom would be fantastic for them. "A nice hotel near the centre of Newcastle. The outside and lobby has kept it's heritage style, however the rest of the hotel has been updated. The room was very large and very modern. Large spacious bathroom with the latest conveniences. The kitchen facilities were modern and clean, just like the rest of the room. It really was like a home away from home. Only two minor issues, one being the noisy from the street below. Unfortunately we stayed on a Saturday night, and it was a bit rowdy...

"Great central Newcastle location stayed 1 night Friendly check in at reception easy online check out. Tv lounge bar good. Room good size and bed very comfortable. Only drawback was no onsite parking which couldn’t be helped due to its central location. Tip do a deal with Q car parks for above 24 hour stay as we had reschedule our plans to ensure we left the car park under 24 hrs to avoid unnecessary charges.as the car park was not available next day to continue to park. This was Sat/Sun 16/17...
