"There are so many wonderful things to say about this beautifully maintained property. The positives were 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators (one by the pool), ice machine, lots of seating on outside porches, large pier w/motorized lift platform to get in and out of the water, luckily a backup generator (we had a bad storm while we were there), pool is shallow and great for water walking, beautiful views from the inside and outside, great crab traps, very safe fire pit, most well equipped...

This waterfront home and grounds is far more beautiful, spacious, and immaculate than the photos convey. The hosts have gone to great lengths to stock the house with everything you could possibly need for cooking, bbq, WiFi, dining, playing, enjoying the water, including the most luxurious beds, bedding, towels, robes, etc! "We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. "

"We booked this bayside property for a short family vacation and the house and amenities were exactly what we needed during our time at Hays Beach. There were ample bedrooms and spaces for all of us to relax, the kitchen was well appointed. The beach in front of the house was perfect for our grandson to play in a small pool while the others lounged in chairs or were in the water directly in front of the house. The public beach was a short walk away and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife on the...

"We stayed for a motorcross race (son was racing). We didnt do much at the house. Its nestled back in a quiet point on the water. Easy commute to and from to the grocery/simple shopping stores. Starbucks right down the street for you coffee lovers. The interior decor is simple and antique."

"Very nice and quiet. We were there end of December. "

"I loved this sweet A frame home! Celebrated my 48th birthday with a girls' trip and we all loved it. Enjoyed fires and Christmas movies each night. House has a lot of space and is so comfortable. Loved the views of the Bay, particularly from the sunroom and porch. Found quite a bit of sea glass on the neighborhood beach, as well as at the house beach during low tide. Owner was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond. Great place. Would highly recommend. "
