The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. "Overall we had a lovely stay at this house. It was clean and quiet - perfect for our small group of friends. No major issues. Everything was in good repair except one leaky air mattress. However - each room only has one bed. The basement room had a couch that converted to a bed. The three bedroom upstairs have one queen bed each.
