A unique Kingland hideaway, this A-frame cottage boasts a private pickleball court, cornhole set, and dual decks.

Inside, the peaceful interior is composed of warm wood finishes, comfortable furnishings, and unique fixtures like a stone-lined fireplace and spiral staircase. Gather with your favorite people while enjoying floor-to-ceiling window views from the living room, equipped with a smart TV, ample seating, and a collection of board games. Bright and updated, the adjacent kitchen displays stainless steel appliances, a clean white backsplash, and plenty of storage space.

There's more than enough room for your entire family as the cottage boasts a cozy primary bedroom with a work desk and a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bunk room offers Twin XL beds, suitable for both younger guests and adults! A stackable washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the creature comforts inside.

Outside, there's both a front and back deck, one equipped with a gas grill, alfresco dining, and a fire table, the other, with Adirondack chairs.

Close to Kingsland A-Frame, explore Longhorn Cavern State Park (10 miles), Inks Lake State Park (11 miles), and Delaware Springs Golf Course (18 miles). There are plenty of eateries and shops in town as well.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
