There are plenty of indoor & outdoor games as well as multiple TV's. This home is perfect for overflow to another rental in the neighborhood as well.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in a neighborhood with Lake Access.

Location of POA parks:
1. Shady Oaks park is .1 miles from the house. From house turn left onto Shady Oaks until it dead ends, then turn left, will be the area in between houses on the left. This has a bench and a nice shaded area.

2. Lakewood Forest lll Boat Ramp  is .2 miles from the house. From house continue on Bedford to Riverside, turn left, boat ramp will be just up the road on the right. Please note there is a STEEP drop off on the ramp. Please ask for code to lock if you will be launching a boat.

3. North Park is .3 miles from the house. From the house continue on Bedford to Riverside, turn left, continue down Riverside straight, do not turn left. Park will be ahead at the end of Riverside. You can Swim at your own risk, fish, etc from this area.

Other Things to Note:
We are available by email, text, phone, or can be available in person if need be.

DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
