Studio Apartment on the Sea. Wake up to the sounds of the waves and the sea !

Staying in our lovely vacation studio you will be waking up to the waves rolling in and to glorious views of the sea! It’s truly breathtaking and simple very relaxing . Right from your windows you can see St.Thomas. You also will have your own patio directly in front of your studio with loungers and a cafe table to enjoy breathtaking views! Alomg wiyh this you will have another patio that has a lanai that is directly on our rocky beach and sea! In the mornings this is a perfect place for coffee and in the evenings you will have glorious sunsets to enjoy a cold beverage.

The studio is well equipped with all your needs along with all your beach needs - beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and a cooler .

This location is very private, serene and calming with the incredible sounds of the waves.

Cane Bay Beach which is famous for The Wall , is within walking distance, .20 miles from the studio .. very relaxing water , snorkeling and scuba diving is right here at the wall!

Perfect Location, Perfect Hosts
This place is an awesome stay. Jay and Debra are great hosts, who have so much knowledge of the area. When our flight got delayed and we got in late, they were still there to greet us and help us find a place to eat. Any questions we had, they were quick to respond. It was like staying with close friends or family. We will definitely come back.

9 Day- 40th Anniversary Stay
First of all, there aren’t enough wonderful adjectives to describe how amazing our stay was at “Casa Blanca.” If you want a memory for a lifetime, and a view that never ends on St Croix, this is it!! Debra and Jay are excellent hosts in every way. While we’ve traveled to many islands, each with pros and cons, this was our first time to St Croix. We will be back!

Perfect Studio with a view
Debra and Jay were the most gracious and enjoyable hosts. They warmly welcomed us to their beautiful property and provided us with many recommendations for experiencing St. Croix. The studio is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, nice linens and thick plush towels, beach chairs & umbrella, cooler, sunscreen, aloe and bug spray. The kitchenette has everything you may need to prepare simple meals- or heat up leftovers from the many great local restaurants. The best part of our stay is the incredible view that you can enjoy from bed or on your private patio with comfortable lounge chairs and cafe table for two. Nothing beats the sound of the crashing waves to lull to sleep.

The property was as described and the photos give a good idea of it. The setting is gorgeous and we got accustomed to the noise of the waves very quickly. Debra and Jay are very friendly, helpful, and responsive but not intrusive. We had a great time.

My husband and I just got back from our wonderful stay here. There’s nothing like this location! It’s even better in person. Debra and Jay are just wonderful. Great communication and very responsive when booking and we really enjoyed meeting them. Can’t wait to go back!

Spectacular Seaside Apartment
From check in to check out our hosts were amazing! They attended to every need imaginable. When a tropical storm came by our unit, which was right over the sea, was slightly flooded. Immediately, our hosts moved us to another spectacular unit on property. And I cannot say enough about the units themselves and the appointments therein. Absolutely amazing. The views are spectacular. It was a fabulous experience – – one for the ages. We will be back.

The view from your bed is the most beautiful on the island.. Casa Blanca is now our to go stay location on St. Croix. Debra and Jay are amazing people. Good food is walking distance away from this location. Exceeded our expectations.

Property looks like a HGTV dream home...
We're already planning our next trip back! Jay & Debra are wonderful, friendly hosts with awesome recommendations about the island. The studio is in a perfect location within walking distance to Cane Bay Beach and 3 of our favorite places to eat-The Landing, Spratnet Beach Bar and Ama. We have never been so relaxed sleeping to the sound of the waves crashing and waking up to tropical postcard views. The studio had every single thing we needed and was neat and clean. We loved sitting on the terrace watching the sunset. We got engaged there!! My fiancé had to drag me back onto the plane...I was ready to move in. Best vacation spot ever!

We Found Paradise
The bungalow we stayed is the best because we found it had all the amenities to meet all of our needs. The views were astounding; leaving us breathless. We believed we were in paradise every morning we woke up. The property owners were always present should any needs arise they were willing and ready to assist and open to any suggestions for improvements.

Perfect Spot for Two
We enjoyed ourselves so much while staying at the Casa Blanca studio! The accommodations were just right for us, and the ocean was the first thing I saw when I opened my eyes in the morning. The sound of the waves crashing just feet from the patio was the perfect accompaniment to morning coffee and amazing sunset views. It is walking distance to outstanding restaurants and bars and beautiful Cane Bay beach! Our hosts were so nice and friendly and went out of their way to be sure we enjoyed our stay. Debra actually texted me when I was on the beach to let me know a pod of dolphins was heading our way! I highly recommend this property!

You will not be disappointed by the view.
One of the most beautiful views from the patio that we’ve ever been to, morning coffee watching the dawn, evening cocktails watching the sunset, from a private patio just above the ocean. Really could not recommend highly, so happy we chose the studio. People make reservations at restaurants to have the views we had every day we stepped out of the door.

Every aspect of Casablanca is Fantastic
My wife and I stayed at Casablanca in Jan22. We have nothing but great things to say about this place. Truly, nothing negative. I’ve read all the other reviews and found them to be accurate with their description of the studio and positive interaction with the hosts. First, communication with Debra throughout the entire time, from booking until saying goodbye, she responds immediately to any inquiries. Upon arrival, we soon learned the pictures are okay, but don’t capture the entire property, which was just beautiful. The property is in a safe location within walking distance to Cane Bay Beach and a bunch of eating/drinking spots. While the area of Cane Bay Beach was just a bit busy at times, this location of island (North Shore) is much less crowded than in the cities of Fred and Chris. We found the coded gate for entry/exit to the property were easy to use as well as access to the studio. You park you rental vehicle along the road on the opposite side. While the owners live on location and respect your privacy, we saw them a few times during our 6 day stay, but Debra and Jay were there immediately to answer any questions and provide insight about the island. The outside view looking from inside the studio was amazing and every morning, we opened the shade and just stared out to the beautiful blue/green water with waves crashing the shoreline. The kitchen is well stocked and the coffee maker is a drip style, not Keurig. The studio came with a well stocked basket of bath and beach towels so save the weight in your checked bag. The washer and dryer are in a closet accessed from the outside. No issues whatsoever to access and use; just not inside the studio. The quiet AC cools the studio quickly, but you’ll find that leaving the windows and the door open, will bring in some fabulous breezes. The bathroom came stocked with miscellaneous items such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion (all travel size). I’m 6’2” 260lbs and had no issues in the shower and using the bathroom. The entire studio was clean and moderately decorated. I can tell you the bed to me was fine, but that doesn’t really matter because what is comfortable to me may not be comfortable to you, but it came nicely prepared with accent pillows and plenty of sheets and duvet cover comforter. I’m sure you’ll find it just fine. Thanks Debra and Jay for making our first trip to St Croix a memorable one with being such great hosts and having such a great place. Jay- go Eagles!!!

Solo dive trip studio experience
Was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The studio I stayed at was near perfect for a solo dive trip. Great views and the constant sound of the waves crashing outside the windows can be soothing and spooking at the same time. But glad for the experience. Deb and Jay were friendly. Nice property, good location on the island. My only criticisms of the place were, 1. As a vegetarian who cooked during the stay, counter space was a premium. 2. The shower area was tight making it a slight challenge / jig each time. 3. Maybe it is an island thing, but I noticed two roaches in the room. I hope I am not bringing back any in my bags.
