"This place was great for myself and friends to stay for a weekend during Wurstfest. We loved the location since it was close to everything and the house was clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. The host was great and was on top of communicating throughout the weekend. "We really enjoyed our stay, especially being right on the river and so close to all the fun in Gruene! The house is very well stocked, from the kitchen to the linens to the tubes and kayaks outdoors. Our kids spent hours and hours in the water. "First off, we enjoyed our stay. It was a very quiet place. Check in was easy. Just a few items that need attention : Overall the house needed a good cleaning. I actually ended up cleaning it when I arrived. There was no hot water in the sink to clean dishes with The water pressure in the bathroom was barely enough to clean your toothbrush much less yourself in the shower A lot of small items need repair - Old holes in the walls from Outlets, no where to hang bathroom hand towel, pool house...
