Cottage Style Within A Modern “coastal” Themed Property With Log Burner

Located in the heart of the village of Heacham, near the popular holiday resort of Hunstanton our cosy, full of character, modern 3 bedroom cottage with secure and private south facing garden, garage and parking space, provides the perfect setting to explore the west facing beaches of the stunning North Norfolk coastline recognised as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whether your interests are watching wildlife, walking and cycling or enjoying the unspoilt countryside and safe local beaches, Carpenter’s Cottage provides quality, comfortable and welcoming accommodation. Using contemporary furnishings throughout the property is caringly presented to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The cosy sitting room, with its log burner, tv and powerful internet wifi service comfortably seats 5 adults. Whilst the well equipped kitchen/dining area fully supports all self catering needs. The two double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom are furnished with high quality beds, mattresses and bedding. Upstairs is also the family shower room with a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. Towels and quality toiletries are provided for all guests along with kitchen and bathroom necessities.
A detailed personal service is provided throughout from initial enquiry through to arrival when you will find a welcome basket of essentials including free range eggs from our own chickens.

A Perfect Stay in Carpenter’s Cottage
We had the best experience from start to finish staying in this lovely cottage. The accommodation literally had everything we needed and more. Games for the kiddies, wood for the log burner, lots of lovely toiletries, a packed welcome pack full of goodies and much more. The lovely owner could not have been nicer; nothing was too much trouble. We really didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back again and we can’t wait.

Perfect cottage
I have stayed at many cottages but this has to be my favourite so far. So cosy with everything we could possibly need. Teresa could not have been more helpful and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. The coastal buses passing the door was wonderful especially as my elderly Mum had her 96th Birthday the day we went. Hope to go back again next yr.

A brilliant holiday cottage
A lovely, well equipped cottage, we felt at home as soon as we set foot inside. A 20 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute drive to Hunstanton which is a lovely little seaside town. We had a great 5 day break and will definitely be back. Many thanks Martyn & family. coming back

Carpenter’s Cottage
Our holiday on the English coast of Norfolk was superb. Not only did we have fantastic weather for the two weeks but the cottage we stayed in was Just what we needed for a family with three young children. Our host had prepared rooms for the oldest ones and a cot for our baby, a welcoming basket and all the information we could need to enjoy the surroundings. Thank you!

Perfect home from home base
From the moment of booking Teresa was on the case with helpful comms, taking persoanl approach to how we wanted the cottage setup to best cater for us. Cottage is a decent size 3 bed home with small garden to the rear. Cottage is well equipped including air fryer all pots and pans, bedding and towels. Separate garage has extra storage including spare buckets and spades and footballs. Located within walking distance to a local Tesco, chip shop, bakery, kids park, and various pubs. Also the Norfolk lavender fields. Jump in car for easy access to Sandringham, Brancaster and Wells. The cottage suited us when the weather didnt and felt roomy with all 4 of us inside. Worth every penny for the qulaity on offer, a brief glance thepugh the guest book shows how many people have returned over and over. Thank you Teresa

We had a fabulous few days at the cottage as a family of 4. It was clean and cosy, with lovely touches such as a welcome basket and good quality bedding - my husband was especially pleased with the double ninja air fryer. The sunny walled garden was a delight to sit out in, with lovely garden furniture. Our host was also wonderful, with great communication. All in all, a great family break and I would recommend the cottage to anyone - thankyou Teresa.

Fantastic stay at Heacham
We had a fantastic stay at Carpenters cottage in Heacham. The cottage was extremely comfortable and well equipped with a generous welcome basket provided by the host. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We had two lovely meals at the Rose and Crown in Snettisham (a short 6 minute drive) and at The West Norfolk within walking distance. The host couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely return and highly recommend this wonderful cottage.

Perfect stay at Carpenters Cottage
We had a wonderful time. My son was playing in a golf competition at Hunstanton Golf Club so we needed accommodation. The cottage had everything we wanted, felt very homely and safe. You can tell that the cottage is dearly loved by its owners. 10/10. The host was so helpful and accommodating and dealt with any questions I had very promptly. I would highly recommend this host and would definitely stay again should we need accommodation in the area.

The cottage has everything you could wish for, pretty little garden, beautifully decorated rooms, kitchen has every machine or utensil you could possibly need. Communication prior to our stay was excellent. Teresa ensured we had all the information we needed to have a wonderful stay. The cottage was lovely and I believe catered for just about every eventuality including a little “emergency” drawer. The location was perfect, but stop just outside if you don’t fancy driving. The supermarket is only two minutes away and the beach is within walking distance. It was quiet the whole time we stayed, the only noise was the gulls flying overhead. Really a cottage to be recommended.

Everything we needed
Teresa's cottage had everything we needed for a lovely week away. It is located within a very short walk from the village High Street, with excellent bakery and only 10 mins walk to Lavender Fields, which is an attraction, but also has a great farm shop, where we shopped for all our cooking needs. Lots to do and visit, in addition to the beautiful beaches. The cottage was really clean and had all the things we needed, such as washing detergent, dishwasher tabs, cleaning materials etc which aren't always provided in self catering accommodation. Teresa was very quick to respond to any queries we had, before and during our stay and we would love to stay again and explore more of such a lovely area.
