"We just spent our annual girls trip at this beautiful condo in Brockway Springs and could not have asked for a better rental! The unit is easy to access, very clean, perfect lake side location, and extremely well stocked with everything you need for a vacation! The host is so kind, very quick with communication and easy to contact. We decided this will be our go to annual vacation home, and already cannot wait to go back next year!! "

"The property managers were pleasant and available to assist us in checking in and accessing the property. The lodgings were clean, but spartan. Kitchenette seemed like it was missing glassware (only one wine glass), could have used more towels. There wasn't much atmosphere to the property and the shared features such as the rooftop deck could have used much more attention to make it inviting. Overall, clean and servicable, but spartan. Loved the easy access to parking and the beach!"

"The cabin is great. Everything we needed for cooking and sleeping are there. We found the place very clean. The instructions for check in and check out are clear. I just hope that we knew before hand that 2 of us have to sleep in the sofa which is boy enough for 2 people .is big enough"

Should have included bath mats for showers. 3) The automatic fireplace never worked correctly and would only stay on for 5 minutes. Had to research on YouTube to turn it on, but still didn't work correctly."

Chalet was exceptionally clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities. Host was immediately available to resolve an issue when the area power was shut down and we called her cell phone. Would we return- absolutely."

"This condo in Kings Beach was perfect for our family. Girls could walk around on their own and have fun. The beach is very busy, but we found other more secluded areas like Emerald Cove to hang out. Sand Harbor is a short drive as well as Tahoe City. Lake Tahoe was absolutely beautiful and we had hot weather all week. The condo was perfect… great size, very clean and nicely decorated. Thanks so much! We hope to be back!"

"Really enjoyed our stay - a 60th birthday get together with my sister. Perfect for 2 people - the 2 bedrooms are up a narrow flight of stairs. Note - one has the bed against the wall so would be a bit tougher with 2 people in it. The only bathroom is down stairs and spacious. Kitchen is well appointed. The grounds and location is great. "

"There was an odd smell that the condo had which wasn’t pleasant. The pool was closed for repairs which was not mentioned in the website at all. Neither did the host inform me of it which was annoying because I wasn’t able to enjoy that amenity. I’m glad the jacuzzi WAS open. I asked the host about the pool and she ignored the first two messages so I was not happy about that. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at. Clean and organized. "

"This condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location to so many of the things we did in Lake Tahoe, as well as restaurants and a grocery store. It had a pretty lake view and was very close to several beaches. The binder with lots of information including things to do and places to eat was very helpful. Joseph was very quick to respond to any questions. We couldn't have been happier with this choice!"

"We’ve stayed at this location a few times and are never disappointed. It’s perfect location, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. You can’t beat the views and beach access. Everything we need is right here, without needing to worry about driving and parking. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 6. "

"What an incredible stay! The host is the sweetest, so accommodating and kind! We’ve never had a host go so far beyond in a vacation rental, providing snacks, pastries, and even ice cream for the kids. The house is absolutely beautiful, very welcoming, and clean, and that view of Tahoe can’t be beat! Highly recommend this rental. Hope we can go back soon! "
