Enter the home on the ground floor where a tiled entryway greets you, providing a convenient space for unloading your outdoor gear. Directly ahead of the entryway is a set of stairs leading up to the second floor, where you will find the main living space as well as one bedroom. The main living space is a beautiful area with a gorgeous blend of rustic wood features and Scandinavian style, creating an idyllic mountain retreat. Your group will love relaxing and socializing in this space! The living room is light-filled with vaulted ceilings and access to the balcony where you can step out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The room boasts ample seating space for your entire group with a large L-shaped couch as well as 2 rocking chairs, perfect for kicking back and relaxing while you enjoy a movie on the 60” TV. A rustic stone hearth with an electronic heater adds a warm ambiance to the room and offers a cozy spot to warm up on chilly winter days. From the living room, you can step outside to the private balcony where you will find a table with seating for four, the perfect area for enjoying meals al fresco or late-night chats under the stars.
Adjacent to the living room is the well-equipped kitchen, with a kitchen bar with 3 bar stools seamlessly connecting the two rooms. The updated kitchen boasts new appliances, ample cabinet space to store your items, and a wide range of appliances and basic cookware. With plenty of natural light, views over the trees, and abundant seating, the main living space is the perfect area for gathering! A full bathroom is conveniently located just steps away from the main living space for shared use. An updated room, the bathroom features a spacious single-sink vanity with several drawers for storing your toiletries, a smart toilet, and a shower stall with a glass door and a rain shower head. Rounding out the main floor is a stylish nook where you will find beautiful cabinets featuring a coffee bar, extra kitchen supplies and appliances, and large windows with views over the trees.
Make your way down to the ground floor of the home where you will find the additional 2 bedrooms, first arriving at the second guest bedroom. This stylish room is great for sharing, with a full-over-full bunk with a single trundle bed tucked next to a large window and a spacious closet. In this room, you will also find a pack-n-play and 2 baby gates in the closet. Down the hallway, you will find the master bedroom, a chic space with a California king-size bed and a sliding glass door providing access to the deck where you will find seating for 4. The bedroom includes matching nightstands on either side, a reading chair, 2 closets, and a 55” TV.
Rounding out the ground level of the home is a stylish full bathroom with a large single-sink vanity, a smart toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo. A laundry closet can be found in the hallway across from the bathroom and includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, a private balcony, and two parking places in the shared parking lot in front of the home. Guests will also have access to shared amenities, including an outdoor pool (Open Memorial Day through Labor Day), fitness center (open 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.), community sports complex (Open Memorial Day through the first snow), shared hot tub and bocce ball court.

Whether you are in Tahoe for the beaches or the ski resorts this home places you near it all! Conveniently located between the town of Kings Beach and Northstar Ski Resort, you are in the best location for year-round fun. In the winter months, you are just an 8-minute drive away from the slopes at Northstar Resort where you will find great ski terrain for all ability levels. Northstar is a good family-friendly option as well with an ice skating rink and movie theater to keep everyone in your group busy and entertained. In the summer months, Northstar becomes a hiker's paradise with tons of trails for all levels to explore, and a world-class mountain biking facility. For more hiking options you are also only a 4-minute drive to one of the trailheads for the famous Tahoe Rim Trail which offers stunning views of Lake Tahoe. On those days you are after a little more relaxation, you are only 4 short minutes from the town of Kings Beach where you can find white sand beaches with every watercraft rental imaginable, supermarkets, boutique shopping, spas, yoga, and a wide variety of restaurants. Be sure to check the Kings Beach community calendar during your stay for the free summer outdoor concert series and farmer’s market schedule. If you are looking for concert venues and casinos you are only 5 minutes from the Nevada state line where you can find a few different casinos. This peaceful getaway truly is near all the best Tahoe has to offer, there is something close by for everybody in your group!
Getting Around:
A bus stop just a 7-minute walk from the home makes it quick and easy to use Tahoe’s public transportation, TART. A quick walk will take you to the bus stop at Hwy 267 and Lincoln Green, which runs every hour and will get you to Kings Beach in less than 5 minutes. Or make the short drive down to King's Beach where you can use the FREE park and ride to reach locations such as Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With both HWY 28 and 267 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Tahoe City. Northstar California Resort is just an 8-minute drive away on HWY 267, on which you can continue to the historic mountain town of Truckee, or stop for a hike at Brockway Summit, one of the trailheads for the famous Tahoe Rim Trail which offers stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Or, take a day trip into Nevada, the state line is 7 minutes away, and the town of Reno is an hour's drive from the home. Head south and be at the popular Olympic Valley within 30 minutes where you can enjoy the slopes at Palisades Tahoe ski resort. You will find Tahoe City with a less than 20-minute drive down HWY 28
