Winter Wonderland
The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate six adults and four children. The house has gorgeous views and is close to everything. There’s a little trail at the end of the cul de sac and it was our own winter wonderland. Definitely would stay again!

The Perfect Tahoe Stay
From the location in Kings Beach, to the stunning views from the property, to the beautiful, spacious home itself, we could not have asked for anything more… but we still got it. Specifically, ideal weather and visits from the local wildlife, and a very helpful and accommodating host. This was truly a 10 out of 10 vacation. Thank you, Chad! We will absolutely be back.

Lake Tahoe house in Kings Beach
The house had amazing views and in a cute, quirky neighborhood. It had everything we needed including beach towels and beach chairs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of couch space for our adult family to lounge in. Chad was great to commumicate with too. The only two issues is the keypad on front door could be tricky to use and a normal punch key pad would be easier. It was hot in Tahoe and the house was at 85 degree when we showed up. Didn’t realize there isn’t a/c. Could use more oscillating fans and ceiling fans to cool the rooms down. Great house overall

First time to Tahoe
This was my first visit to Lake Tahoe, and Chads place made the trip so amazing! It was so spacious, clean, had unreal views of the lake, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting. Thank you Chad for the communication and hospitality! I love Lake Tahoe!

Best week at Lake Tahoe ever! Great home!
Spent a week in Kings Beach at this great property with my immediate family and in-laws. Six of us in total, so we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views. The beds were comfy and the kitchen perfect for hosting dinner and drinks. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. (Kids loved the foosball table and telescope for checking out moon).

Great house!
Our family of 9 had a great time at this beautiful house. Everything was in great condition and we had plenty of space to relax. The hot tub was a big hit! Easy to walk into town for fun activities as well. We would definitely recommend this house and host to anyone looking to stay in the Kings Beach area.

This is a beautiful house with amazing views and amenities. Huge great room with extra large dining table and a great entertainment kitchen. Master bedroom is upstairs which is great for parents with older kids. And the basement has foosball, Xbox 360 and a TV with large couch and the garage has ping pong. The street is nice and private with beautiful homes. super close to Northstar, the lake and Incline Village. This house has all the amenities, they really have thought of everything. Hot Tub is great on a private deck.

Location!
I love North Shore and this is a great property, quiet, great views and plenty of room. It was just four of us, but we loved the family room and kitchen area. Master bed very comfortable and bath has a nice rain showerhead. We were on the mountain most days and one night in South Shore, but we were really impressed with this place.

Wonderful
The home was delightful and has a beautiful view of the lake. Everything you need was there. We will be back! Chad was awesome! It was a very easy place to stay. The golf course was down the street as well. Plenty of room for the three families we had and the kitchen has an awesome gas stove!

Wonderful house with a view in a great location
The house was perfect for our family and friends, big and clean with a great view, great kitchen and cooking utensils/ bbq. Wonderful hiking trails just steps from the front door and close to the water. We would definitely stay there again!

This house was perfect for a group - comfortable rooms and a great shared living space/kitchen and outdoor deck. The owner was very communicative and helpful, and location was perfect for summer trips to Incline, Kings Beach and Tahoe City. We’ll definitely consider staying here again for future trips.

Great Home for Family Holiday
Every one of us enjoyed our stay in this home; the views from inside and out on the deck, the comfortable open living area with lots of seating, the big convenient kitchen with all the appliances, and all the well furnished bedrooms. So wonderfully located to Kings Beach and some lovely hiking trails, to the grocery store and other shops. It was a busy July 4th holiday but we loved the quiet neighborhood after a day of touring. We so enjoyed our stay and for our next family gathering in Tahoe, we'll definitely go back!
