Located in Brockway, on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, amongst all the summer fun - swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, picnicking and relaxing. In winter, Northstar Ski Area is 15 minutes by car. Palisades and Alpine Meadows are 25 minutes by car. The North Shore also boasts wonderful lakefront dining and a variety of nightlife including the casinos which are just a few minutes drive away. From the condo complex it is an easy 5 minute walk into the small mountain community of Kings Beach for shopping or dining.

Parking:
Parking is guaranteed for 1 car. Guest spaces throughout complex. All cars must park in designated spaces. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
