The location of this two-story home is both serene and convenient, with Lake Tahoe itself visible from the backyard. You'll be mere minutes from Kings Beach State Recreation Area (less than two miles), NorthStar California Resort (5.5 miles), Incline Village (seven miles), Sand Harbor (11 miles), Tahoe City (10 miles), and charming downtown Truckee (12 miles).
The interior is full of luxe finishes, from air conditioning in the bedrooms (a rarity at Lake Tahoe!) and a whole-house humidifier system, to professional-grade kitchen appliances including a Viking refrigerator, a Wolf gas range, and a wine cooler for entertaining. You'll find ample seating at every turn - an expansive kitchen island, a cozy dining nook, a plush living room with a smart TV, and the billiard room with its floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.

All three bedrooms are upstairs, each paired with its own full bathroom for privacy. Of the bedrooms, two have direct balcony access and two are outfitted with desk workspaces so you can log onto the complimentary WiFi in peace.
