The cottage is clean and well equipped with a million dollar view window right on the lake shore. The cottage has a nice dock and swimming platform that you can fish or swim. "Karen was a fabulous host, responded right away to any communication through the VRBO app, made sure we had everything we needed. The house was perfectly clean and a beautiful place with a gorgeous waterfront spot, an awesome shaded dock to sit on and have coffee and watch the loon family pass by. So relaxing, every amenity, and close enough to all the conveniences of Lincoln. Five stars. "

"We enjoyed it very much. It was a great fit for our extended family. 6 adults 3 kids, 10, 7, and 5. Kids enjoyed the small town, the beach and playground with extremely walking distance to the home. We hit it just right for the Loon Festival with a great parade and fireworks. The kids also enjoyed jumping off the small dock, while the adult loved the outdoor area in the evenings!"

"We stayed over the July 4th week to be near other family and attend some events. The camp was clean, cozy and had everything you could want/need- kitchen was very well equipped with anything you'd need for meal prep, including basics (salt, sugar, oil, spices,etc...). Lots of extra towels, linens, beach towels. Comfortable beds with views of the lake and little balcony off upstairs bedrooms. There was everything you could want for outdoor fun- paddle boards, kayak, canoe, motor boat, solo fire...
