About this space
The Cozy Cottage is a true gem! Conveniently located less than a mile from downtown Kingfield and only 20 minutes to Sugarloaf Mountain. It's pet-friendly, sleeps 4 adults comfortably & has all the amenities you need after a day in the mountains! Close to tons of trails for snowmobile, ATV, cross country, hiking, mountain biking, etc. The town of Kingfield offers restaurants, local shops, a grocery store, gas stations, etc.
The space
Upon entering the cottage you'll find that the open concept layout is warm and inviting. The cozy living room includes a couch, a Roku TV and highspeed wireless internet throughout the space. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, dish ware, cooking ware, and all the basics including a filter style coffee maker and a Whirley Pop Popcorn Popper (kernels included)!

The reading nook, off the kitchen, is a great spot for games and puzzles or just relaxing. The bathroom has all the essentials with a tub meant only for showers. There are two bedrooms: one on the first floor includes a queen-sized bed and bedside tables with USB ports. The second bedroom fully encompasses the upstairs, with no door separating it from the downstairs. However, the stairwell creates ample privacy. The upstairs bedroom also has a queen-sized bed with angled ceilings.

Towels and linens are provided, however, there is no washer or dryer on site.
Guest access
Guest have access to fire pit in yard, corn hole game in shed and grill outside.
Other things to note
We are pet friendly and have a one time fee of $25. (Two pets maximum)

We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, etc.

No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the house.

No fireworks to be used on the property. This is private property and we do not consent to the use of fireworks.

No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental.

Please pick up and dispose of all pet waste. If we find excessive pet waste there will be a $100 fee.
