"The apartment was clean and functional and the location is handy for Clifton. The pre-registration process seemed to include unnecessary information but was relatively straightforward. "I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"I loved the property, a nice apartment in a quiet area close to town (10-15 min walk) . It has its own kitchenette and spacious living area with dining table and a nice reading chair which I enjoyed. My room was below road level, but there was enough light coming in the window so it wasn't a problem. The hosts were very quick to respond to my queries. A great stay for my 4 nights in Bristol."
