Our duplex is conveniently located in Killeen, providing easy access to a wide range of attractions and amenities. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, you'll appreciate the proximity to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Fort Cavazos, the largest military base in the United States, is just a short drive away, making our duplex an excellent choice for military personnel and their families.
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own home. :)

**If your stay falls on Thursday please roll trash can to the road WEDNESDAY night.**

● No smoking indoors.
● Do not flush feminine products or paper towels.
● Do not Disrespect Neighbors.
● Do not park in front of other residents homes. ● Do not have pets on furniture or wrapped in our blankets.
● Do not burn candles, incense or any kind of open flames.
● No illegal substances of any kind.
● Do not have more guests staying overnight than stated in your reservation.
●If you have oversized boats, jet skis or a RV please inform us prior to arrival
●NO PARTIES per Airbnb policy
● No loud music or disturbances especially after 10 pm.
● If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
● We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
● CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET, including the front and back yard

● FEES: Lost items will result in $100 charge.
● FEES: Smoking of any kind indoors will result in $250 charge minimum.
● FEES: Unapproved late check-out fee. Every 15 minutes after 11 am is an additional $75 charge.
● FEES: $50 per night per person for each person not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. No unauthorized guests.
