"Couldn’t ask for a better place for a family getaway that is pet friendly. Modern amenities throughout made for a stress free experience. "We stayed as a family of four with two young children at the end of summer. The property is beautiful and the water very shallow quite a ways out so it was perfect for our 1.5 and 2.5 year olds. The location is peaceful and quiet, the sound of the Palmer Rapids in the distance at night was like listening to the ocean. "This little log cabin was a great place to stay. We were only in the area briefly for a family wedding but the cabin more than met our needs. Our only complication was that there was no one to orientate us on arrival, but we got things sorted with a minimum of effort and keys had been left for us to lock up when we came and went.We would have liked to explore the area more but perhaps another time."

"We had a lovely stay at this cottage. The lake was beautiful. We enjoyed the paddle boat, but no time to canoe this stay. At this time of year there were no neighbours which added to the peace and quiet. We were 15 minutes to Barry's Bay and 6 minutes to Madonna House.
