"I had to pull off the road because of snow so I was delighted when the closest place to stay was really nice, clean, and the girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I only knocked a start off because my kids and I were ready to grab something from the Continental breakfast before hitting the road... But there was nothing. Maybe staff was held up because of the snow, but I was still thoroughly disappointed and ended up spending a bunch of money for breakfast at McDonald's. Overall, great...

Notice should have been provided to people currently booked… we were traveling with a kid and he was really disappointed. Overall it was just okay. "Bathroom sliding door had broken latch difficult to open. Need a warning sign for Shower head facing the curtain. We flooded the bathroom because of the direction of the showerhead. Beds comfortable. Need to tell people there is an outside door to the rooom. I walk with a cane and was assigned the 2nd last room. If I knew about the outside door I caouls have saved myself a long walk and drove to my room."
