"A nice stay in pleasant cottage, surrounded by countryside and with relatively easy access to nearby beaches etc. Plenty of space, indoor and out. A few quirks and could do with a bit more of a clean, but overall it worked well for our multi generational family holiday."

"This annexe has everything needed for a relaxing stay . Is warm , well equipped , comfy and hosts really friendly and welcoming . Tricky to find however hosts provided excellent directions and is in rural location with great walks whilst being close proximity to town etc"

"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "

"Searched relentlessly to try and find a property that ticked all the boxes for us. This was it! Great location; surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. Stunning view over the harbour in a lovely, spacious apartment. So let’s cover the stairs….yes, lots of them but, you can’t complain if you’ve read all the reviews. Finally, there was friendly communication with Noreen who helped me with a parking question (parking pass for Sainsbury’s), another plus point. Fab place in a brilliant...

"Lovely, cosy welcoming cottage. So clean and well equipped - even things you don’t even know you’ll need are provided - all very well thought out. Fabulous location - you can easily drive places and there’s a nice walk down to the beach and local pub. We have stayed at Colby Cottage three times now and I would recommend it to anyone. "

A great area to explore & weather was good for the time of the year..... Adrian is a super host & made sure all was okay at cottage ~ just make sure you bring some cash to pay for electricity that you use during your stay 🤑"

"The bathroom heater didn't work and we didn't have a hair dryer but another property on site leant us one so there was no issues. Other than that a lovely peaceful place to stay. Property management very friendly and helpful."

"Pouring down when we arrived but warm and welcoming inside. Tastefully decorated and well equipped but no shops in the village so take essentials with you. Ideally situated for the estuary and railway station to travel to either Carmarthen or Tenby. Lovely beaches in Llansteffan and Burry Port with Kidwelly all within easy reach."

"Beautiful quaint little property. A welcome change from the general pace of life. We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful cottage, Christina who owns the property was the perfect host. There was plenty of room for our dog to run around in the outside and even though it was November it was clear that the gardens were amazing. We hope to go back again soon when the weather is better.Thank you Christina for making us so welcome we really appreciate it."

"The mornings were absolutely beautiful to see from the large front windows. Wild & domestic life (rabbits, so many birds, alpacas, horses, a pony, & a positively awesome dog) were very welcome, & all served to make the experience perfect. The host-provided a book of annotated walking trail printouts which fueled our days. Evenings were cozy in the upstairs with the provided furniture, blankets, & pillows.
