Spectacular 3rd Row Villa at Ho'olei with Ocean Views

Come relax and enjoy the good life at our spectacular ocean-view luxury villa, located directly across from the Grand Wailea Hotel & Spa on the beautiful island of Maui. This unit has been recently redecorated and offers a fresh, clean, modern look.

Situated on the third row at Ho'olei, this beautiful two-story villa boasts dramatic Pacific Ocean views from both upper and lower levels. During the day, feel the gentle caress of the island breeze as you breathe in the clear air and gaze at the azure blue waters. In the evening, spectacular sunsets will take your breath away and create memories to last a lifetime.

This unit offers spacious accommodations for your stay in paradise. It features the largest floor plan available in the resort, with 3,987 square feet of living space. Ensuite configurations in all three bedrooms guarantee privacy, comfort, and convenience for guests. A sofa sleeper in the living room accommodates two additional guests.

This villa is privately owned and does not participate in the Grand Wailea Resort rental program. Our guests do not have access to the Grand Wailea pools, water slides, or shuttles. However, all of the restaurants and the spa at Grand Wailea are available to outside guests. The wonderful pool and amenities at Ho'olei are available for your use and are always much less crowded than the hotel pools!

You will love the expansive great room, offering gorgeous views and ample space for conversation, dining and entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors retract into hidden pockets, enabling a seamless transition to the outdoors where you can relax and soak in the Aloha spirit on the upper lanai with sitting chairs, a dining table, large outdoor grill and under-counter refrigerator.

The Ho'olei resort features a stunning pool with nineteen foot waterfall and swim-in grotto, sandy beach area for children, two jacuzzis, state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio and weight equipment, outdoor kitchen with covered pavilion for poolside entertaining, men's and women's saunas, locker rooms, and showers.

Family Getaway
Communication prior to going was easy and thorough. Condo was lovely and clean and well equipped. Property grounds were beautiful and very well maintained, with a gorgeous pool and gym. If issues came up response was quickly handled...there are many battery operated blinds in the home that need charging prior to guests' arrival. One of the blinds didnt work and it was fixed that evening. The view is spectacular from the upper sitting area! Property itself is up a hill, across from the GrandWailea. Though we visited all the hotels in the area we used the Grand as a base to walk through for the beach, morning coffee. We had a wonderful week in this condo ...recommend it highly! We also recommend Humble Kitchen at the Marriott Bonvoy...great dinner!

Had an amazing time staying at this beautiful condo! Everything you need is at your finger tips. The pool is just down the street and is so relaxing. Used it everyday along with the workout area. Exceptional! Would recommend to anyone coming to the wailea area. Perfect location to beaches, shops and restaurants. Golf is minutes away.

Can’t say enough…. Wonderful property across from Wailea Beach (8-10 min walk). Lanai with the corner opening glass walls brings indoor/outdoor living to life. No need for the screens (no bugs). Highly recommended!!!

This was an amazing spacious unit with an ocean view. It was very nicely furnished with all the amenities you could hope for including beach chairs, umbrellas boogie boards and cooler. We were very close to the pool which was large with a waterfall and had a fun sand area that our small grandchildren loved playing in. The kitchen was large with top line appliances and plenty of cookware and dinnerware supplied. It also had a large washer and dryer in the unit. The management company who we dealt with was very responsive and accommodating. The location in Wailea is close to both the Grand Wailea and The Four Seasons and in walking distance of the shoppes at Wailea. We walked to all of these places as well as to the beautiful beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Property
Property was as advertised. Great location across the street from Wailea Beach and wonderful views of the ocean from the patio. Community pool and fitness were wonderful to have access to. Family loved having 3 bedrooms to spread out and the kitchen had every item we needed for the meals we prepared. Overall just a fantastic property. Having beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler was a huge plus for our beach days. Plan to drive to the public parking lot or rent a wagon if you plan to walk as it takes ~15 minutes to get there

Incredible!
This villa was perfect!! My husband and I took our young kids and his parents, and the space was plenty big to accommodate everyone. The patio was the perfect place to unwind at night, and the pool "grotto" was a big hit with the kids. The walk down to Wailea beach was just about 10 minutes, and very doable with a stroller. The house was very well equipped: the kitchen had any and every gadget/appliance/tool you could want to cook a five star meal, and the house also had all the kid items we could want (pack n play, gates, high chair, toys, etc.). I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This rental was amazing. Literally nothing negative to say. Spotless, beautifully furnished, amazingly comfortable beds, everything you could ask for. Our family of 4 had the most wonderful stay at this absolutely gorgeous property! It was everything we had anticipated and more. The views are breathtaking from the living room and top level lanai. Additionally, the updated furnishings are really well done! We enjoyed making many meals in the grand kitchen stocked with all the food preparation gear a chef could ask for! We spent many an evening playing family board games, watching the sunset and spending time together making memories to last a lifetime. The bedrooms were all so luxurious and our primary suite was spectacular! The private lanai off the master was so relaxing to read a book or simply layout and relax. We highly recommend this villa and look forward to visiting in the future.

This property is stunning and exactly as it is described and pictured. We traveled with 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Everyone had plenty of space. The community pool was quiet and lovely. The walk to the beach was easy with chairs supplied by the condo. We had a few plumbing problems that were addressed immediately by the management company. We would highly reommend this propety.

We had a perfect stay. We are a family of 8. The view is spectacular/ There is so much room for a family. No one is on top of each other. The unit was spotless. Great kitchen to cook for a large group. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils and dinnerware. The bar-b-que was fantastic for grilling. We are most meals on the lanai. The primary bedroom is a dream. The pool is close and uncrowded and the workout facilities were top notch. The location was excellent. A 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of beach equipment. The beds were super comfortable. Communication was excellent with the management company. We will definitely be back. Truly 5 star.

Amazing experience
We previously stayed at the Fairmont a block away two years ago. Our sleeping arrangements and the need for more space, laundry and kitchen, etc. dictated that we would look for short term rentals rather than a hotel resort. We couldn’t be happier with the choice. This is how we intend to do Maui going forward. First of all, the villas are part of a gated community that has its own pool with hot tubs, a poolside cabana massage option, waterfall and grotto, etc. during Covid times, it is much less crowded than hotel pools. At times we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. When I wanted to have more social experience with groups, we booked cabana days, well in advance, at the Fairmont. We saved about $300 a night and had twice the living space plus kitchen and laundry, a beautiful ocean view, and even a small patch of grass for the kids to play on. For $300 a day, we were able to book cabanas at the Fairmont that gave us access to the hotel pools and beach, a stocked cooler and snacks. This proved really useful after our check out as we had a 9 PM redeye flight. We booked a cabana day for the day after our arrival and the day of our departure. This bookended our stay at the VRBO property quite nicely. Across the street from the villlas’ gated entry is the public Wailea beach. The unit was stocked with beach chairs, toys and floats for the kids, and a cooler that we were able to take to the beach. I suggest making a short drive to the parking lot as it is a bit of a hike if you are coming back from the beach with equipment. There are so many other ways in which staying at this villa was superior to the hotels. No waiting for a valet or having to tip, the ability to return home without a bunch of dirty or wet laundry, I just lots of space to spread out and have a great time. We even grilled steaks one night on the balcony. The only star that I talked was that the check in process was a little bit confusing regarding the codes to enter and the Samsung smart TV in the living room could use updating. I suggest bringing your own Apple TV or fire stick if you want to use streaming services. We really appreciate the hospitality of the host and management. It made for a magical stay and we would happily rent this unit again in years to come..
