The renovated bathroom has a shower/bathtub, granite counter sink, and a washer/dryer. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests and a dining table for family meals. We provide free high-speed WiFi, Netflix, cable TV, and parking for your convenience. We provide beach towels and beach chairs for your use during your stay. Take advantage of the resort amenities, including the swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor grills. Need a break from the beach? Spend the day at the beautifully kept pool/Jacuzzi area. Finish out your day relaxing on your lanai watching the ocean or walking the beach during sunset. The fantastic sandy Charley Young/Kamaole 1 Beach is just across the street. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 3 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Undisclosed Pet: $500 per night, per pet
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.
