Way more hoops to go through than any other VRBO booking I've done. They were responsive, but demanding. Maybe good for the owner, a pain for me. Next time I book with VRBO and get handed to Vacasa I will cancel. The cottage is really nice. "

"The property is remote, which is lovely. The views are breathtaking, the property is very well maintained. We were surprised to find out that it literally shared a hall way entrance with the owner's house. We thought it was a singular dwelling. The owners were as respectful and quiet as possible, but there's all the comings and goings that have to happen with the doors And of course the yard work that needed to be done cuz there had just been a really significant wind storm. "We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable. We got the jetted tub room. The bathroom was huge. We enjoyed the hot tube tool. Myah at the front desk was very helpful. Very pleasant. The only complaint is the couch bed was very uncomfortable. It needed a topper or something. But the bed was very comfortable. When we go back to the Island again, we plan to stay there."
