Short Walk to Gondola, Shops, Dining, Mountain Views from Private Balcony!

This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with two king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It features a private balcony that overlooks the pool and hot tub, also with scenic mountain views. It has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ideally located in River Run Village so youā€™re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted over a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a queen-sized Murphy bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony can be accessed through the living area and overlooks the shared pool and hot tub with scenic mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and slate floors. The kitchen also includes Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to brew a fresh cup of coffee anytime. The dining area comfortably seats six people. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

There are two primary bedrooms. Both primaries feature king-sized beds with Ivory White Bedding and have flat screen TVs. Both have en suite bathrooms with double sinks and shower/tub combinations.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Great Condo in Keystone

The property was as described and had plenty of room for a family of five. Kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint would be the shower water temperature was luke warm at times. This tended to be later in the evening and may be a building issue. Showers taken in the afternoon were warmer.Overall we would stay here again.

Was surprised there was a third bathroom with a shower. Huge couch and also a fold out Murphy bed from the wall. Walking distance to everything. My only complaint would be that the community hot tub was always packed.

Our best family ski vacation ever!

Loved the condo and the property! Very close to the slopes, shopping, and restaurants. Very close to the parking garage, pool, hot tub, and Ice skating. We will definitely be back soon.

The unit was extremely clean and adequately stocked for a comfortable stay. Plenty of bedding and blankets.The issues were: no pool towels, we had to go pick them up, the dishwasher left soap residue on all the dishes. The pool was cloudy and had alot of hair floating around it. The building needs more than one outdoor grill.

Comfortable condo, great location

The only reason this property didn't get 5 stars is because two of the TV's did not have a connection. We did reboot the boxes and called maintenance and they couldn't fix it. Luckily, my husband brought his apple TV with him. If he didn't, then it would have been a rough experience with the main TV in the living area not working. Other than that, this property is in a great location within walking distance to the gondola and lifts. It was very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults and all other amenities worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy. Loved having two king beds that were comfortable. The condo also came with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. We have rented many condos in ski resorts and they only provide a day or two's worth of these things and we have to buy our own. This place provided plenty, so it was nice not having to purchase. The shower worked amazing which was nice after a long day on the slopes. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy with a little bit more room than expected

The space was perfect for the five adults. Having the extra full bathroom gave way to time management for getting everyone cleaned up and the privacy of all of us staying in the unit The walk to the lifts was a bit heavy laden when carrying all of the ski gear but doable. We had a great trip and it was made even better by having a cozy place to temporarily call "home!"

Location was good. Downtown area was super cute. Pool was great but some coverage to keep towels dry while it was snowing would have been nice. Room was nice but reaked of pot when we got there. There were 2 Lees checking in. Envelope I grabbed only said Lee. Envelope not marked well. Office made us come back for correct key and we had to walk. Also, booked room because it fit 8 pretty comfortably ( which was great) but didnā€™t have enough towels for shower and pool for 8. We had to walk back to the office again to get more towels. Not an easy walk in snow. Over-all we enjoyed our stay. Needs better office support. Everyone was friendly. Appreciated ability to use parking spot to store luggage before check in and after checkout. Glad we could use the gym to change in after snowboarding before heading to the airport. Without a car would have been a problem. Some storage would be helpful.

This condo was clean, roomy and well located. Would stay here again if going back to Keystone. Easy short walking distance to River Run Village and the River Run Gondola to start and end your ski day. Nice area to get a bite to eat and people watch.

My family and I found the location to be perfect. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The unit was a little small but still slept 3 adults and 5 kids comfortably. The unit was comfortable but it has seen some wear and tear over the years. The location made up for that. Overall, the parking was not great. The unit only has 1 parking spot and overflow parking was $20 a night for an outdoor lot. We received a ticket the first night since we could not locate where to pay with the poor lighting. Would stay again because of the location.

Very nice, clean and comfortable condo. Great location to fun shops, restaurants and slopes. Loved the underground parking. My only wish was that the gym opened earlier than 8am. We will come again !
