River Run Condo w/ Mountain Views from Private Balcony & Close to Gondola!

This spacious 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and a Murphy bed. It features a balcony with beautiful mountain views. Vaulted ceilings throughout. The extra full bathroom is a great added convenience. Ideally located in River Run Village so youā€™re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a Murphy bed that can be pulled out from the wall at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a DVD player, a selection of DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. The balcony is just off of the living area and offers beautiful mountain views. Take in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four and there are two additional chairs that can be added. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a Blu-ray player. There is a built-in bench that offers storage and a place to take in the beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Great place for Skiing!

Great property with all the things you need to cook meals and relax after a day of skiing! close to the lift! NOT 2 bedroom listing is a bit misleading... has beds but not the second bedroom.

1st Trip to Keystone

Positives: Location can't be beat. It's an easy walk - even wearing ski boots - from the unit to the main gondola. Extra bath is a major bonus. The Murphy bed was comfortable (we didn't try the pull out). Sleeping 6 is technically possible, but you would want to be very, very friendly to do so.Challenges: Patio door glass was busted and covered over, obstructing views (but we knew that just prior to checking in); grill was unavailable for some reason; and water failed to get hot after 1st night. We were told that we might get some sort of refund after checking out, but no one contacted us so far (1 week later).Even with these challenges, we'd stay again and the rating would be materially improved.

Key pick-up is 1.1 miles away from room

Overall, a great location with easy access to lift and a great view from the balcony.Key pick-up is very inconvenient. It is 1.1 miles away.The apartment was fairly clean, but walked into a moldy fresh-fry by the front door. The management company is not pleasant to communicate with at all and not at all helpful. They VERY long contract you sign will ensure that you have no recourse is anything is wrong with your stay.

Mountain View

The condo was perfect for our stay in Keystone. It was super clean and comfortable. We have stayed in many condos thru VRBO, and itā€™s not always that the unit is so well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had everything you need from dishes to appliances, and all very clean. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and personal hygiene items. The convenience of the garage being just an elevator ride away was super. The view from the balcony is awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cute and cozy but won't be back

The morning after we arrived we realized there was no hot water in the master bathroom shower. I contacted the property management group right away to inform them and was told someone would be out to fix it soon. The next day, when we arrived back for the evening, we could tell someone had been there because lights were left on and some of our personal belongings in the bathroom were disrespectfully thrown to and left on the floor. However, there was still no hot water. I received a text the NEXT day that someone would be coming out that day - by 6pm I had to ask what time because no one had shown up still. Finally, around 8pm on the evening before we were departing someone showed up to fix the shower that we no longer needed. It was very disappointing the way it was handled. Granted we did have a second shower, but when you're paying more for a place with 2 full bathrooms to support three adults, you expect it to work or at least be taken care of with some urgency. Other than that, this unit was clean and the check in process was not hard. The location is good - walking distance to the gondola and bars/restaurants/shops.

Perfect spot for a vacation!

It's not our first stay here, we are returning customers. Apartment perfect for our stay: clean and good equipped with everything you need to stay, from kitchen stuff to portable outdoor chair and extra blankets. Located in convenient place a minute from River Run . We'll return again.

Nice Place for a quick and quiet Late Spring Getaway

This condo is located on the top floor with unobstructed views towards the continental divide. Although a very quiet and peaceful setting, this condo is easy walking distance to Keystoneā€™s River Run base area. This large one bedroom was perfect for two and can accommodate four via the Murphy bed in the dining area. This unit is older and shows some wear but overall was a comfy place to stay! The property management company was super responsive and friendly - even during off hours.

Wonderful Ski Condo

My wife and I rented this condo for weekend ski getaway in Keystone, and it did not disappoint. It was exactly as advertised. Cozy, well-appointed and comfortable, within easy walking distance from the gondola and the village. Communication with the rental office was also very easy. Parking was ample and the place was quiet at night. The only downside was that the elevator was very slow and we were on the 5th floor. However, that was a minor inconvenienceā€”we actually prefer to take the stairs! Weā€™ll be back if the place is available for future trips to Keystone.

A bit crowded but everything you would need

This condo was a bit crowded with four people, mainly because there were lots of pieces of furniture that had to be moved around to get the pull-out and murphy bed out. Still, it was a great value in a beautiful setting. Check-in takes a bit to get keys from a different location but is manageable -- be sure to read and download instructions before you arrive.

Father & Son Colorado Get-A-Way

A great place to stay! There's a beautiful view up the valley and the center of Red Hawk Lodge area. There is some construction going on close by which did not deter from the experience. The accommodations were very nice, my son slept in the trundle bed and loved it! The master bdrm. was very nice comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was more than adequate (we made breakfasts and dinners there). Unfortunately, because of the time of the year some of the village shops/restaurants were closed but there is so much to do it did not matter as this time of year the resort is quiet, but honestly it was what we wanted. Keystone is the hub to so many other resorts we traveled to everyday but came back to Keystone. I would highly recommend the condo and the Keystone area.
