Plenty of towels in the shed for us to use, along with tons of boogie boards, floaty’s chairs, and umbrellas There were hooks everywhere, which made it easy to dry off swimsuits. The host friendly and available. The recreation area was just paradise. My kids were able to walk to the beach, barefoot. The only downside was that we got a lot of mosquito bites our first night. I was able to reduce it by spraying the front door with mosquito repellent, since there were gaps...

"Cannot stress enough how amazing the property and local area is. Beautifully presented yet felt homely and modern at the same time. Everything you could possibly need for a 1 night stay or 2 weeks. Literally 10 seconds walk from the beach where you can catch the dolphins and pelicans. Great communication throughout and very accommodating to our requests. Will definitely stay here again, here’s hoping for availability in May 26."

"We stay here with a group of 20 people. The rooms were nicely set up. We loved how they had towels and little snacks provided when we arrive. The staff that stop by to empty outdoor trash and spray down the patio were extremely kind and helpful. The little cabana facing the ocean was nice! We took advantage of the pool and the lounge chairs at the ocean. Great stay!!"

"Wonderful location, walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping, etc. We’ve stayed at this location twice, most recently under a new owner and it’s clear they are committed to making your stay a fantastic experience. Bed is not very comfortable, but everything else is terrific! Hoping they upgrade the bed and then looking forward to our next stay!"

"What a cute little cottage. So well stocked, and SO clean! Super cozy bed. Good fans and a/c works well. Judy was excellent in responding to questions. Instructions were clearly laid out. Great location. 15 minutes to TPA, downtown, Ybor city, Busch Gardens. Great little coffee place steps away. And a pub 5 minute walk away with amazing food and prices! "Came to Port Richey area for son’s speciality therapy. The pool was perfect for him in a quiet, non- touristy neighborhood. My flights were delayed for a day and the owner was very kind and accommodating with my change in schedule. There was one unexpected issue with the electricity going off in the kitchen but it was resolved in a good time frame and the owner came over herself to fix the problem.
