There is a condo association fee of $80/stay which is incorporated into the reservation fees.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Upon arriving, house was hot (84⁰). Took almost 12 hours to get the AC to drop to a comfortable setting. Several blinds are missing from the upper and lower patio doors. The house was clean. The pool was dirty, exterior of property could do with some paint and repairs to rotting wood and pool deck. The location is great, but expected the property to look better for the price.

Convenient in town location
Very spacious accommodation conducive to a group of friends/family. Steps off Duval yet quiet and clean. Convenient to dining and entertainment. We were in town for my art show at The Gallery on Greene and had a fun weekend.

Excellent place, fantastic location
My spouse, teen daughter and I stayed at this place and it was absolutely perfect. We loved being walking distance from many attractions and all the goings-ons of Duval St. without being right on Duval. We appreciated the extra detail of being provided beach towels, and the number of mirrors in the bedrooms which made it easy for three of us to get ready without tying up all the bathrooms. And each bedroom had its own bathroom, a bonus for our teen! We would stay here again.

On Duval without being on Duval
Nice property for a getaway with friends/family. Comfy space to set up base-camp while taking in the sights and fun on Duval without being in the heart of the madness. If splitting with another party, consider splitting the cost 70/30 as the master suite is much nicer than the 2nd bedroom, but the layout is perfect since both bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms. The garage parking below the apartment is clutch and adds a lot of value to choosing this property, but be prepared to workout your glutes as you will be climbing stairs during your stay (there is an elevator, but much slower than hoofing it). Furniture and appliances could use some replacing, but everything works.

Great location, however property has issues!
Great location on Duval St. They provided ample toilet paper, soap, shampoo, kitchen supplies, including dishwashing soap and laundry detergent. However, we had issues. The property manager was not helpful when discussing the problems. I was hoping to post pictures, but there's no ability to do so. Our wifi was not working. The host, Vacasa, told me to "reset the modem", yet they could not tell me where the modem was located in the house. We finally founded inside a cabinet in the master bedroom! The living room side table was broken and the top was propped up on the arm of two chairs beside it. When I went to slide the chair over to plug in my phone charger, the table top completely fell on the floor. missing my toes by inches! That thing is antique and HEAVY and could have been disastrous! The faucet in the masterbath was completely loose. Wobbled back and forth. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom were broken. When I opened them, 2 fell on the floor, but others are cracked and broken. This left a gap, so privacy was issue. The freezer shelf is rusty and nasty looking! There were termites (no kidding) in the upper kitchen cabinets, at the end of the peninsula. Every few hours it was a new pile of termite poop on the counter. It looks like sand. Google provided the answer to the mystery of what this was. This is an expensive place to stay. Very disappointing!

Fabulous Time!
The unit was perfect. Located right next to the pool and within 3 mins of walking out of the unit, you’re standing on Duval Street. Some reviews complained about the furniture, which I agree- the couch needs replacement. But other than that, it was perfect. There were starter detergents, soaps, shampoos, as well as pool towels. Kitchen was stocked with basic necessities. I would definitely start here again.

I love this place!!!
Fantastic location! Close to everything. The condo was perfectly clean, exactly as described. The pool was great. We rented a golf cart and the designated spot in the parking garage was so convenient. The only thing that was a little inconvenient is you have to go to the office to check in and then walk apx. 8 minutes to the condo with your luggage. Other than that, it was A+++. I highly recommend staying here. We'll definitley stay there again.

Good location but a little noisy
My wife and I enjoyed our recent three nite stay. The condo is located right next to lower Duval Street and there are several nice restaurants in the Duval Square complex. It's about two blocks to the Hemingway House. You get a good parking space in a covered and secure garage just down the stairs from the condo and Key West is very walkable. Unit R-1 is right next to the pool but that did not seem to be a problem for noise. The unit has very good air conditioning, and is clean and well furnished. It has two balconies, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom upstairs. However a local rooster began to crow every morning at dawn from the back lot that the balcony of the larger bedroom faces. Also some people love to crank up their car stereos while cruising Duval. That made me rate it as four stars instead of five. So it depends on your noise tolerance. Maybe bring a portable sound machine and earplugs or just go with the local flow.

Perfect for Friends
This Condo was perfect for the 2 nights we were there. It is located right next to the pool. It is on Duval Street but on the quieter side so things are within walking distance. The kitchen was well appointed. It would have been nice if it had been supplied with salt/pepper and oil. There was plenty of seating for the 4 of us in the living area. We did have an issue with the front key code. It took several attempts to get into the Condo each time. This was reported so hopefully it was fixed. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Great location queen bed unsleepable
Great location! Only negative which was huge was the queen bed. Not only was it loud (squeaked every time you moved) it was not comfortable. My husbands back was sore after one night. The management knows it’s an issue. For what they charge a new bed is an easy affordable fix!

Close To All The Fun!
Nice two bedroom, 2 and a half baths. Girls weekend. Closet door broken but everything was just as the pictures showed. A/C worked very well. This unit was right by the pool. Highly recommend.
