This house is a 3 bedroom stand alone unit with 2 king bedrooms upstairs with balconies and own bathrooms and the bedroom downstairs has two twin beds which could be converted into a king upon request and also has it's own bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa with a screen divider for privacy if needed. Pool is just steps away from the back porch in the center of the complex. Propane grill on back porch. Has a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot.
Close to the Golf Course and marina and public boat ramp - 2 miles from beaches.

Beautiful property great amenities very friendly owner. Everything was fully stocked and clean. Great location to get back-and-forth to Key West. also across the street from a wonderful restaurant Roostica! Definitely stay again!

This is our second time staying in this lovely home, as we really liked the 3 king rooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and the privacy they provide. We also love the quiet and convenient gated community location and amenities that come with it. Whether you spend your whole time by the pool, bar hopping in Key West, or lounging on the balconies, this is the perfect "home base" to do it. Home was clean, well furnished and maintained, as pictured/described, complete with comfortable beds/bedding and fully stocked kitchen. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful birthday vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were 6 of us celebrating my aunts 80th birthday. The house was clean and roomy. Enjoyed breakfast on the porch. Spent time at the pool. It's in a quiet neighborhood that provided a separation from the festivities downtown. Good restaurants close by! Would love to come back.

Perfect and clean

This home was perfect for our extended family with 3 king suites for my sons 21st birthday. Everything we needed was there and the twin beds were even comfortable (which never happens on rentals!)We would absolutely stay here again. Just a short drive to KW!

Great house! 5-10 minutes walking distance from good food. Sunset cruise and seeing dolphin was unbelievable. Family had a great time. Judy was an outstanding host! Houston had everything but an ocean view but even that was a 10-15 walk away.

Beautiful home and perfect space

We loved this property and hope to stay here again one day. It was extremely clean and extremely comfortable with lots of space. The kitchen especially had everything we could even think to ask for. The owners even go so far as to provide extra fans for white noise, which we definitely utilized. It was great because not many people think of that. Overall, the entire space was wonderful and the little details made it stand out. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for a group of friends

I stayed here with a group of friends for the Swim Around Key West event. This was a perfect house for our group! The house was clean and spacious, and it was so nice that each room had its own bathroom. The outside decks/patio areas were a great place to sit and chat or read a book. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals. Judy was clear in her communications and a great host!

The condo was just as described, beautifully decorated, and met all our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and enjoyed using the pool one day. Great for our family!

This place was really great for our family. We are parents of a toddler traveling with both the baby and an elder grandparent as well as another adult so we needed a place that could meet a range of needs. Judy was an excellent host and made it especially easy for our family to get settled in, great communication when ver we needed to be in touch. We all had separate nice bedrooms to retreat to as well as lovely upper and lower porches facing the garden and pool area with direct access from all three bedrooms. Several delicious restaurants nearby ā€” particularly loved Roostica and the French bakery both of which are right across the street, easily walkable even for limited mobility grandparent. Made for a lovely family vaca!

Comfy Cottage

We chose this property based on the proximity to Key West attractions. We appreciated being able to Uber on several occasions, rather than deal with traffic and parking. Traffic noise during the day was noticeable from the back porch, since several streets run directly by the property. Less noticeable from the pool, which was lovely. Nights were quiet. The complex is well maintained and the landscaping does a good job of screening out the traffic visually. There are several restaurants close by if you donā€™t want to deal with traffic into Key West. Cleanliness was good. Unit was adequately equipped for our needs. Comfortable, not posh.

This property was as clean and nice as advertised. Great location within close proximity to Duval St. Easy communication with property manager, who was very accomidating. Nice pool in back. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place To Stay

There were 8 adults in our group. There were three master bedrooms, then a hide a bed in the living room. We made it work. The house was clean, and any requests we had, Judy (the owner) was very accommodating. The pool area was wonderful, sun and shade in abundance and itā€™s just steps away from the house. The location was perfect if you donā€™t want to constantly be in the hustle & bustle of Duval Street. There were wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and if we wanted to go into Key West we were only minutes away. Our entire group loved our stay, and would stay here again in the future.
