New Listing for the first time in over 5 years.
Luxurious, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath Condo in Kawama Tower, on the third floor, with a breathtaking view of the Ocean, Marina and Pool. Tropically decorated and furnished with families in mind, this unit truly gives you all the comforts of home while experiencing everything our tropical paradise has to offer. There are numerous activities to fill your days, or, simply relax by the pool or private beach doing nothing at all. Our community is gated with 24 hour security. There are lighted tennis courts, a children's playground, salt water lagoon, marina, and a jetty for watching spectacular sunsets. Shopping and restaurants are minutes away. Spectacular fishing and diving/snorkeling are among the many nearby attractions. Land lovers are with-in an hour from Miami, or 100 miles from spending the day at Key West. Owner provides bed linens and towels. The Master bedroom has a king bed, guest room has 2 double beds, and the living room has a pull out sofa (double).

Very nice. Pillows could use some updating, pretty sad. Overall cond is extremely clean and nice.
Would recommend without any reservation. Only issue was the pillows, felt like a pillow case filled with straw. Other than that this place is great and the owner is extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Condo!
Loved this condo, not only is it beautiful, but it is so comfortable! The location is so great, close to everything. Be sure and take a stroll down to the park that is located on the property that goes right to the ocean. And the views, the views are amazing. We will be back to this condo!

Perfect Place
This was our first time to rent anything other than a hotel or campsite for a vacation stay. I don't think we'll ever go back to hotels or campgrounds; this process of renting a condo from an owner through HomeAway was seamless. Mitzi got right back to us via email, then phone calls shortly after that, to line everything up and answer all of our questions. I was a little apprehensive about sending the full amount for our 4 day stay plus the deposit up front, but it all worked out just great. Everything was just as Mitzi assured us- keys in lock box, deposit refunded in a timely manner etc. Mitzi is very friendly and her condo is clean as a whistle. Our bed was a double and had a bath right off of it. Roomy and very nice. A queen sized bed would have been a bit better for us. The second bedroom where our daughter stayed had two double beds and a bath, very nice. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking supplies and even some spices. The view overlooked the pool, boat marina and out to the ocean. Beautiful! The Kawama Tower itself is a little bit older and some parts of the property could use a little sprucing up and repair. But pool is great! Tennis is available. Fishing poles in storage room. We tried to catch something. We didn't. But we had fun. We did not spend much time in the condo, as we toured Theater of the Sea and went to the Everglades etc. But this condo was reasonably priced and a perfect place to stay in Key Largo!

A slice of paradise
We stayed over the Easter holiday. I was hesitant at first since I had not used Home Away before but this was truly paradise. The trip was my son's graduation gift and the memories will last a lifetime. The condominium was well furnished and spotless. The view of the ocean and marina from the living area and master bedroom were breathtaking. My son and husband are fishing enthusiasts. They fished everyday from the private jetty while I was able to stay connected to the office (Comcast) and relax on the patio overlooking the pool and marina. The Sport fishing was incredible and. Key West for a day of sightseeing and shopping was just a few hours away. We were so sad to leave! The vacation was memorable, Mitzi was the perfect hostess. We cannot wait to come back next year!

Great Great place
My family stayed here during march break this year and absolutely loved it. The resort was safe, clean and welcoming. The condo was extremely clean and spacious and had everything needed for a kid friendly vacation. The pool was wonderful and the people staying here were very friendly. It is close to all amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. I would (and hopefully will) stay here again. Thanks Mitzi!

A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN
My husband and I decided we wanted to spend a month in Key Largo, FL. Never having been to that particular key, we went on the internet to find a condo. As luck would have it, we found this beautiful unit rented to us by a very nice lady. We were very fortunate to find this unit, since I understand not all of them in Kawama are as nice as this one. It was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The views were spectacular and even the weather cooperated. This is definitely one place we will come back to in the near future. Thanks, Mitzi, for letting us enjoy this little piece of heaven.

Great Condo -- Great Week!
We had a great week in the Keys, and the condo was a big part of it! Spotless, well-appointed, nicely furnished, with all the necessities and more. Mitzi was great to work with. The complex was great (views, pool, room to walk, and friendly neighbors); great restaurants close-by, and easy access to all the Keys have to offer. We wouldn't hesitate to recommed this property!

Wonderful Condo
Loved the condo, all in excellent shape. Mitzi was a wonderful help with everything. Loction was great as well,plenty of restaraunts,activities, Key West or Miami all day trips. View is every bit as nice as the pictures. Complex has beautifal grounds as well,lots of room to roam. Thanks for everything Mitzi,hopefully we'll get the chance to return.

Beautiful Condo
The owners are great to deal with and the condo was spotless and fully equipped. We would highly recommend this condo and property. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the marina and ocean and the pool is very good. There are lots of good places to eat within 5 minutes, many boats to take you fishing or snorkeling and the Everglades Park is only 40 minutes away. The only downside might be the beach area which is small and disappears in high tide and the lack of outdoor grills. So this is a very good condo to rent in Key Largo.

We would go back
My family and I would definitly go back to this property. Mitzi and Kent have the best view in the complex. Their home is very well kept and Mitzi does not miss a thing. Everything you need is available. Great access to the pool and close to all the adventures that the keys has to offer. We have rented from owners in the past and this has been our best experience.

A Vacation in Paradise
Recently had one of the best vacations of my life staying at this condo. The view was beautiful from the balcony. A sunrise most mornings and I enjoyed the view of the marina with the water in the distance. Nice beach and the residents were very friendly. The condo was comfortable and clean. Mitzi and Ken were gracious hosts and most everyday necessities were provided. We tried numerous restaurants and enjoyed fresh seafood everyday. I would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing getaway.

You won't be disappointed
The owners are very helpful, friendly and thorough. You will love communicating with them. They are so easy to talk to. The condo is decorated with great attention to detail and has all the comforts of home and then some. The beds are really comfortable. The large sectional fit our family of 5 nicely while watching t.v. Our 12 year old slept on the pull out and it was fine. Kitchen is fully stocked. There are 2 t.v's and washer/dryer. The view from the balcony is so enjoyable. Swimming with the dolphins is a 5 min. walk. at the Dolphin education centre down the street. My daughter and I really enjoyed that. Pool is very warm. I was able to communicate with my husband down at the pool from the balcony. Beach is lovely and lagoon is fully stocked with colorful fish--great for snorkeling. Lot's of excellent restaurants, 2 drug stores 5 min. drive. Mall and groceries, 10 min. drive. Half hour south is a wonderful History of Diving museum which my family loved. Also more beautiful beaches. Orlando Airport was a quick 5 hour drive up the interstate. My husband and son got their open water diving certification with Island Adventures. We highly recommend the company for scuba diving. They got to see an underwater hotel! You are sure to have the perfect vacation in this condo. ,

Excellent Location. Great Host
We stayed at this condo in Aug. '09. It was very clean and very pretty. Mitzi and Kent coudn't be any more helpful and gracious. They actually stocked the kitchen and the bathrooms with paper goods so renters don't need to shop the very first day. There's a Starbuck a couple of minutes drive away if you don't feel like making your own coffee. This condo has the best view of the complex. Even the geckos looked cute in the mangroves. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful Vacation Condo
I can not say enough great things about this Condo. The information on this property was right on. Immaculate, stunning view, everything you could possibly need during your vacation right at your fingertips. Teens enjoyed the pool and tennis. Adults enjoyed the close proximity of everything we wanted to do, scuba diving with Capt. Slate and his crew was excellent. Dinner at Sundowners, yummy. We loved our vacation in paradise. The owners where so helpful and made our vacation planning a breeze. We were only a phone call away if we needed the owners for anything, which we did not, for everything was already perfect. I would recommend this property to everyone wanting to visit Key Largo. One of the best vacation experiences we have had. Thank you Mitzi, Ken, and family for your wonderful hospitality. It is as good as it looks!
This property is as good as it looks in the pictures. Having the pool right there was a plus. This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay at. The owner was very attentive and gave us great directions to the property and to the ammenities once we were there. If you are looking for a place to stay at when you are in Key Largo--this is it!
