Please be assured that the check in process was clear and smooth. The building is historic and has been through some things over the years, and it shows on the interior. "The place was clean and quiet, for the most part. Steps away from Times Square, I was close to virtually everything. My only complaint is that there wasn't an AC unit in the room. The weather was mild enough that the room stayed comfortable, though. However"

"This property is in a great location. The property itself is old but tidy and the stairs to the loft are difficult to navigate (the roof in the loft is low too, lucky I was short). The sheets were worn, the bed cover had stains and the entry to the property is not well looked after The toilet overflowed one morning and was fixed later that day. "

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in New York. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich und auch bei Problemen geduldig. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Man kommt mit mehreren Linien in Fußnähe überall hin. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die beiden festen Betten waren herrlich bezogen. Leider galt das nicht für die weiteren Betten. Das Schlafsofa war überhaupt nicht vorbereitet und die Luftmatratze war nicht aufgebaut als wir nachts nach unserem Flug müde ankamen....

"The main reason I came to NYC was to see some hockey games. One at Madison Square Garden. One at the UBS Arena. I was traveling alone. This lodging had great reviews. It's located in a safe area. The train station is about a mile away. There is a bus stop at the end of the street. UBS Arena is less then half a mile away. I arrived at night. It was easy to find the entrance. "Wonderful three room walk up right by Lex and 60th, many subway lines and easy access all around town. Two bedrooms in the front by the street for the kids and room in the back. Responsive hosts, nice appointment within the apartment. Highly recommend."

"We were in town for a work event so it was close to everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable (this is huge 😂). You do hear people in the hallway and street noise so if that may bother you - bring ear plugs and eye covers. Was super helpful for us. The restaurants nearby were so great. We enjoyed our stay and glad we found this apt. "
