The perfect location! Ski-in/ski-out to the Sun Valley Resort (River Run) and walk a short distance to the town center of Ketchum for dining, shopping, and nightlife.

This beautifully decorated condominium has 3 bedrooms. The main level has the master bedroom with queen bed, HD TV, and DVD player. There is a full bathroom with large shower.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom with large shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and deck looking out to the ski area. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds, HD TV, and DVD player. You access the upstairs with a spiral staircase.

The living room has a gas fireplace, HD TV with DVD player, and deck. There is a bistro table on the main floor deck and Adirondack chairs on the upstairs deck -- both with views of Baldy.

The kitchen was completely remodeled in Dec 2021. The bathrooms were remodeled in May 2017 (there are no bath tubs).

The hot tub is just steps away. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

This is a second-story unit with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and lots of light with views of the ski mountain.

ā€¢ This is a 2nd floor condo with no elevator, and two bedrooms are up a spiral staircase.
ā€¢ There is no central air conditioning, but there is one window air conditioner upstairs, a number of fans, and it cools down at night.
ā€¢ BBQ Grills of any kind are NOT allowed in the condo complex.

Spring Break Ski outing

This was a great place to stay for our quick ski trip to Sun Valley. The condo is clean, very well stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to cards and board games. Itā€™s in a great location and was an easy walk to the River Run Ski Lodge and into town. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This condo is the perfect location for vacationing at Sun Valley. We were able to walk down to the lifts and stroll into Town for dining and nightlife. The condo is clean and has a well equipped kitchen although we choose to dine out most evenings. Description is accurate and the hot tub after a day of skiing was an added bonus. Check in was easy and the host has excellent communication. We'd definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Location!

You can walk to both Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum, though the busā€”conveniently stopping right in front of the condoā€”makes it even easier! We didnā€™t spend much time inside, but the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent home base for a ski trip

This is the perfect spot for skiing in Sun Valley. The River Run base area is a short walk across the parking lot or there is a bus if you donā€™t want to walk. Super convenient. Also, itā€™s easy to walk to dinner, shopping, grocery store, etc. in town. Location was fantastic. The condo itself is really great. Very functional kitchen that has everything you need and we were able to cook several nights. Spacious living room area and reliable wifi. Comfortable beds and good layout. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay again if weā€™re back in Sun Valley.

Sweet Sun Valley Chalet

This place is so perfectly located, clean, and has everything we needed during our stay. The entire process was super easy and the property met all of our expectations. The only issue we noticed was a little bit of humidity in the main guest room when the dryer was used. But not a big issue at all. Definitely would love to start there again when we return another season.

We had a great stay at this condo. It had everything we needed, and it was a quick little drive to downtown Ketchum (would be an easy walk in nice weather). Very comfortable, walking distance to downtown Ketchum. Host was very responsive and helped us with an extra need. We were in town for Trailing of the Sheep. Excellent location. Be mindful there are stairs inside and out so luggage can be an issue. Highly recommend.

Convenient walkable good for self-catering

The condo is near the base of Bald Mountain, convenient in the summer, though it'd be a bit of a slog carrying gear to walk it in winter. The kitchen is neat and upgraded, and it had everything needed to prepare meals. There are some DVDs and toys that made the space great for our family. When we were there, it had been a long time since the place had enjoyed a spring cleaning and it was very dusty. I spoke with the owner and she says they will do a deep clean of the curtains, bedspreads, throw pillows, etc.

Great condo. The location is amazing- 10 min walk to downtown, right at the base of Baldy. Lots of fans, and a window ac in upstairs bedroom, perfect for summer. The kitchen is great. I would recommend this condo and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Ketchum. The unit was clean and well furnished, with minimal tchotchkes (helpful when traveling with a toddler), and easy walking distance to downtown. We did visit in summer, and the skylights in the upstairs bedrooms had no shades, so the rooms did get light early. Other than that, no complaints.

Wonderful Stay!

The stay was absolutely wonderful! Was visiting SV for a wedding and the condo offered everything we needed! Walking distance from all sides, was great to be able to just park our car and get everywhere on foot! Would definitely recommend!
