Welcome to our cozy condo in the heart of Sun Valley! While we may not boast extravagance, what you'll find here is a well-maintained space that exudes cleanliness and offers the perfect launching pad for your Sun Valley adventures.

Location is key, and we've got that covered. Situated in a prime spot, our condo offers easy access to the best that Sun Valley has to offer. Whether you're here for the world-class skiing, hiking, or simply to soak in the natural beauty, you'll find our condo to be the perfect starting point.

So close to the Sun Valley Resort and Downtown Ketchum. Skip the car and walk to town or the village area. Or Ride the Free Mountain Shuttle between the unit, the Ski Resort Bases or the Sun Valley Village. Located steps away from the Thunder Springs Bus Stop, for easy access to all the ski bases and attractions.

Upstairs1 Bedroom plus Private Loft, 2 bath condo located in quiet, well maintained complex with balcony views of Bald Mountain. Upon entering the unit you will notice the well-stocked kitchen, perfectly stocked with all you will need for you on your guests. Closet has a new stackable washer and dryer.

This unit has a master bedroom and attached private bathroom. A private loft (think own upstairs bedroom) just lacks its own door, has private bathroom and large closet upstairs.

Main floor couch pulls out to provide additional sleeping for 2.

Bedding has been recently updated to triple sheeting to provide additional cleaning security to our guests.

Additional Amenities:
Late Spring, Summer and Fall 4 Rounds of Golf per Day included in cost of stay at adjacent Bigwood Golf Course. Cart and Rentals extra. (See Bigwood Golf Course for Operating Schedule) Cart and Rentals extra.

Gravel biking getaway
This unit did the trick for the 4 of us on our gravel biking getaway. The building/unit are a bit dated but it was clean and spacious. The only complaint really was the comfort of the pull-out couch, but when are those things ever comfortable to sleep on? Fairly reasonably priced by Ketchum standards. I'd stay there again with friends. Might look for something slightly nicer if doing a trip with my spouse.

Love Bigwood!
We own one of the Bigwood timeshares and have been coming to Sun Valley for almost 40 years. We rented the extra unit to give us more room - it worked out perfectly.

Great stay. Quick car ride to a lot of attractions. Not staying in downtown isn't an issue in Ketchum since you need to drive to most places. We loved staying here and would do it again.

Nice location and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. pots and pans. FYI - Not any spices or coffee. I should have paid more attention to description. No AC in the unit. We were there during high 80 degree weather. Very warm in the unit at times. Overall it was a nice stay.

I thought it was an incredibly beautiful and such a quiet location. Unfortunately, the night we arrived we found that there was no bedding for the pull-out couch, not even a bottom sheet. It was difficult to figure out bedding and when I asked at the office the next day, all they brought me was sheets but still no blanket. Since we had registered 6 guests, I felt like that was unacceptable. Everything else was fantastic.

Great stay!
We loved this condo and it was the perfect size for our family of five. It was clean and a great location. I wish the checkin was more seamless-seemed silly to have to pick up keys (and it was after hours) when it was a keyless lock. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and will stay here again. Thank you

Overall the place was comfortable, clean and well stocked with towels, etc. A redo of the main bathroom is in order (higher sink, walk -in shower, etc) and more serving dishes in kitchen (small dishes for deserts, etc.). Otherwise really enjoyed our visit.

Clean and great location but dated
This is a great and beautiful location - easy and quick to town and to Warm Springs. Nice view out main window. Host was super quick to respond and very nice to work with. Condo entrance is on second floor. Very little space for 5 people’s snowy boots and skis and ski stuff after bringing it all upstairs. (Would be great if there were some ski lockers under the stairs!) Pictures make it look lighter and brighter - it felt darker. I had a hard time with lighting in the main bedroom - could use more/better lighting. Luggage racks would also be a great addition! Living area could use ottomans for relaxing. The leather chairs in the pictures were not in the condo - so sleeps 6 but living area seats 5. Check in was a little frustrating in that I walked down to the property manager office to check in (before our check in time) and sign paperwork. But they said I had to come back later to get the code to access the condo. The office is out of the way so this was a pain - not sure why they couldn’t just text me the code at check in time or when the condo was ready. Upgrading the quality of toilet paper and tissue would be a plus!

Comfy unit with a great view
The unit was clean, the view of the mountain was fabulous, as we watched the sunsets. The bus stop is located across the street. Downtown Ketchum is one mile to the south. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Cant wait to go back, next year.
