"I expected that the cabin would be ruined from the flood. I called a day or so before I was due to arrive when I got an automatic message about arrival. Of course I was not comfortable coming as I had a reservation for the end of camp and camps had closed and girls sent home. I said I hoped they could use my dates for volunteers or people who had lost their homes. I hope camp will open next year and I would reserve again. "Normally stay at a cabin at Garner SP, but due to road construction they weren't available, but so glad we found PeachTree cottage. Nice and quiet, set far enough off the road to feel secluded, but a very short drive to Lost Maples SP. Clean and had plenty of gear for cooking. Would definitely come back!"

"We stayed in the cabin called The Outpost. The cabin was clean and basic. The bed was really comfortable. The only thing we didn't like about the cabin was the small TV that barely registered any channels. But with that being said, we didn't book this cabin to watch TV. We did get to see whitetail deer and blackbucks on the property and Omar texted us when he was going to feed the deer so we could see all our most of them on the property; about 40 head of deer. It was an impressive sight....

"Great house with lots of nature and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Close to town, but far enough away for peace and quiet. The place is well decorated with good amenities, we enjoyed our stay."

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to be back as soon as possible! The stargazing and wildlife were spectacular. The crazy rains prevented us from enjoying river time, but it’s very nice private access. "

"Great place to getaway and relax. It was quiet, of the main road and the property and cabin were well maintained. Water level in the lake was good, and it was fun to watch the night come to life under the stars. We saw plenty of deer and even an armadillo came strolling by the porch on its way down to the lake to get some water. Good spot and would go back. "
