"Great location with an easy walk to public beach access. Nicely updated older home, big windows and close enough for some good views around the houses in front of it. The downstairs king bed was very worn out and uncomfortable and definitely needs replacement. It's unfortunate to go on vacation and sleep poorly. "This was my 79th Birthday/New Years trip with my family of 8 (2 teenagers (15-19). As soon as we checked in, my youngest grandson gave me a hug and said, "Grandma, this place is awesome!" We all agreed! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, even a K-cup coffee maker! Most important for us was the easy beach access and the fantastic view but we all fell in love with the house itself! I am glad my tall sons have patience and a sense of humor for the small showers!...

"We loved the spacious downstairs and enjoyed the house overall. It was nice that you couldn't hear noise from downstairs in the upstairs bedrooms. The master suites are great! Gorgeouse sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. The only downside is we had expected a second living area/rec room in the house. It is really a garage set up like a rec room. It was much too cold to even explore."

Smoked salmon chowder and cookies at 5 pm was a nice treat and very tasty, as was the hot breakfast. Tried to get too floor but despite writing and calling in advance, was told no 3rd floor rooms available. Curious since only about 12 cars total in lot. People above us stomped around like elephants ALL NIGHT! Must have been on meth or something. So we didn't sleep...
