We arrived late on Friday easy check in and walk across the parking lot to a restaurant. 15 min to the field and arrive back to the house to relax an hang. "This is a beautiful beach house, right on the water. Lots of amenities and upgrades. We loved the screened porch and upstairs deck. We were fine with the spiral stairs but they may be potentially challenging for some guests. The area is a little isolated and the beach was quiet in mid-October, which was perfect for us! I highly recommend this property."

"The Captain's Cottage was the perfect place for our visit to Delaware. We were a quick drive to events at the Woodlands at Dover Speedway, and less than an hour away from Rehoboth Beach, which is highly recommended. "A nice place to stay with everything we needed to cook an early Thanksgiving dinner for our family living from Felton. Grand kids loved the game room and the neighbors are friendly and quiet.The beach is really nice to walk off season and the full moon rising over the bay was beautiful Joseph made sure we had everything we needed and checked to make sure we were happy with the stay."

"This house is perfect for a family or a group playing at the DE Turf Complex. It is a short drive, only 18 minutes away from the complex. And the house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is immaculate, and the kitchen is well-stocked. There was plenty of room to spread out and not be stepping on each other as we would have been in a hotel. "The apartment is charming, very clean and tastefully decorated. Pus the en suite private bathroom, which must be new, is beautiful. The owner also included thoughtful touches, such as coffee and tea. Check-in was straightforward and the owner is super responsive. We'll be back. We had a wonderful stay. "

"We had one of the best vacations ever. Our 9 and 7 year old grandchildren wanted to live there forever! We had a beautiful house and access to the outdoor spaces including a dock for gishing, crabbing and swimming. We were able to make smores over a great fire pit and enjoyed phenominal sunsets from a sitting area overlooking the river. Gene and Suzie, the hosts were on-site and so warm and welcoming. Our every need was met immediately. We will definitely be vacationing at Gregg Neck Cottage...
