Upon arrival, I encountered disappointing service at the check-in counter. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, which was quite frustrating after a long journey. Furthermore, the location of my room was dreadful. It was situated in a noisy area where the incessant traffic outside and the internal noise from the hotel corridor seeped through the thin walls. The proximity of my room to the corridor's entrance only exacerbated the issue, as I could hear every conversation and movement in the hallway. Overall, the combination of poor service at check-in and the dreadful room location made my stay at the DoubleTree hotel a regrettable one. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests."
