Enjoy your time in this spacious, family-friendly home that overlooks the golf course. Enjoy views of the course, surrounding hills and the Columbia River under the covered porch while being centrally located in the Tri-Cities. Close to local wineries, shopping and sports fields. We have the only paved golf cart/walking path to the course so you are minutes away from teeing off. Note: Security Cameras are located at the property at the front door and back patio. These devices are for security purposes only and do not record sound.

Large family get together, rented 2 houses with this owner
We were so thankful that this house and Goldmine were available along with another rental 2 doors away. The owners were flexible and understood that we would be having the entire gang together at each home -- breakfast at Goldmine, happy hour at this house, etc. Thank you for understanding!

Perfect place for a small family event
We had our small wedding here last weekend and it was the perfect place. There was plenty of space and seating and everyone really enjoyed staying here. The view was also really nice.

Four Sisters’ 4-Day Reunion
Spacious, well equipped home with a beautiful view of the golf course. Everything was very clean and in working condition. We enjoyed the lounge furniture on the patio. The glass-top dining table there was perfect for our evening meal although it required a good cleaning in order to use. All in all it was a great stay and we plan to return.

The 90s called - they want their house back
We booked because of size of property and a hot tub. 1 day prior to check-in (conveniently after the opportunity to get any money back for canceling or adjusting our reservation), the host sent a page of check-in instructions - including the hot tub being "down for repair." This is commonly known as bait & switch. Upon arrival, we discovered several cameras on the premises. This was not disclosed in the listing. The host is responsive, but not hospitable (asked us to get our own information about whether we could walk the golf course right next door without golfing). None of the furniture has been updated, the cabinets are falling apart and crooked. The entire house had sort of a moth-ball aroma. The "King bed" is just a King bed FRAME with 2 twin mattresses on it. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. - all dirty. Spills and crumbs everywhere in drawers and cabinets. We washed every dish and utensil BEFORE we used them. Stovetop grill is non-functional - we attempted to ask the host for help, but it took them 2 hours to respond to our inquiry, so we ended up having to take all 6 people out to eat, instead. Several of the blinds are stuck, broken or inoperable. The property is in a safe location with great views. But in desperate need of heavy remodeling and probably a break from guests until the issues with the listing, honesty of the host, and full functionality of everything in the home as-advertised (hot tub, king bed, grill on the stove) is restored.

Tennis Haven
A group of 6 women stayed together in this beautiful home for 5 nites as we participated in a tennis tournament. The photos and description on the website were accurate. We chose this house primarily for the location and the large kitchen/entertainment spaces. It worked out perfectly for hosting team meetings and meals. The pantry was amazing for storing all our coolers and food we brought. The kitchen was so well stocked. And the open living/dining spaces worked perfectly for us to spread out and for game nites. The weather turned out cooler than we expected, so we didn't use the outdoor areas quite as much as we had hoped, but the covered patio was great for reading and relaxing between matches. The views of the golf course and distant hills were so beautiful every day. The house was very clean and owners easy to communicate with for any needs and questions. The beds were comfy, even the hide a bed. Two minor suggestions would be providing written info on using the tv and finding key sports channels - we couldn't get the Mariners or Huskies when we wanted. Secondly, the fan in the 2nd bedroom could still use a small paper with directions. The two that stayed in there struggled with figuring it out. Highly recommend this house. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

Gorgeous home with incredible view!
Thank you so much for hosting us during our family reunion weekend! All 5 adults felt right at home! The communication, accommodations and last minute date changes (added a night) were quickly discussed and figured out. The master bed was like staying in a hotel bed! Overall stay in this home was well worth it. So spacious, STUNNING view of the golfcourse and sunrises! We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for your hospitality.
