"Amazingly spotless, lots of room. Every room had a wow factor. Our first stay in a luxe Lodge and it didn't dissapoint. Slight issue with ants on the last day after the grounds maintenance but it's expected and spray was provided. Hot tub clean and ph checked every day. Reception were happy to help when we realised the first aid kit was missing and there was a cut finger. Brought it round straight away (in their defence we did decline the final check of the housekeeping team as we arrived...

"Our family of 4 had the best 3 night break away at Tor Farm. The lodge was immaculate and well equipped with the hot tub a bubbling welcome. Our check-in was swift and friendly and the location, although rural, is a brilliant base to explore in and around Cheddar. Watching the sheep and chickens graze was also therapeutic - i also spotted a few rabbits! The owners also sell fresh eggs provided by their happy brood. .their "

"Vi leide en leilighet i tope og leiligheten var ikke som forventet i tillegg var bildene bare en liten del og ikke hele rommene. Vi var ikke fornøyde med leiligheten når vi kom frem. Vasken funket ikke ordentlig, det var bare kaldt vann. Ovnen var skitten, vasken i kjøkkenet og andre ting. Vi hadde betalt veldig mye for den leiligheten, men den var langt under standarden til mange andre airbnb og jeg har vært på et par andre. Vi ønsket å bytte, men siden det var jul og nyttår så var alt dyrt og...

"Blissful stay in a gorgeous shepherd's hut. We were minding our two small gra ndchildren, during the day they loved the grounds for safe hide and seek. Of an evening it was so peaceful and cosy."

"The location was clean and well stocked. The check in process was easy and the hosts friendly and considerate. Only improvement we would suggest would be a curtain across the main entrance for added privacy"

"The Shepherds Nest is the best Shepherds Hut we’ve stayed in, for space, amenities and for hospitality. It’s well built, furnished to a high standard and there’s a lot of thought gone into everything. Charlie and Carol were really welcoming and there were lots of little touches, and nice surprises on our arrival. The outside bath is great, in all weathers! We’d highly recommend."

"Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir wurden liebevoll begrüßt mit einem Leib Brot etwas Essen im Kühlschrank, Kaffee und Tee. Eigentlich war das Objekt sehr schön, doch bei heißen Temperaturen über 25 Grad wird der Bungalow nachts zur Sauna. Etwas stört der laute Verkehrslärm aus der Nachbarschaft"

"We just stayed here for my sister’s hen weekend. Although at one point we didn’t think we would make it due to restriction, he hosts could not have been more helpful to make it easy for us. The barns were beautiful, the scenery was beautiful. Location was perfect! Could not fault it at all. Thank you for hosting us, and thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful barn!"

"Great property - quiet and feels secluded even though it isn’t really. The cottage was very clean and check in/out out were seamless. Would definitely recommend!!"
