"My wife and I (60s) and youngest son (30) really enjoyed staying here while visiting our oldest son and his wife and friends. The cottage was clean and well stocked and roomy enough to host a dinner and games for 7 adults. There is a very nice view of the lake. It was too rainy to do much on the lake but nice to have that option. Please note that there are many steep steps to get to the unit and not for those with any kind of issues, but, its also what gives you a nice view and keeps you...

"We enjoyed our stay at this home. It has everything you need and the two family rooms were nice as one of the group had to work a bit so he went downstairs and couldn’t hear us upstairs. We didn’t get to the beach as it rained almost the entire time we were there, but it didn’t seem like a long walk. The hot tub is covered, which was a nice touch. The host was very responsive."

"We stayed for a week to enjoy the Washington mountains. The cabin was perfect for us with everything we needed. The washer and dryer made it so we didn’t have to pack a ton of clothes, so we had more room in our bags for hiking gear. It was a short drive to Mount baker, the ski resort and anything we needed. The owners recommended the market (within walking distance) that didn’t disappoint. All fresh and local food and supplies. We’d give it 10 stars of possible."

"The house is comfy and clean. Bedding was cozy. Kitchen was clean. Nice furniture. Outdoor deck furniture wasn't cleaned off/wiped down -- which would have been nice since that should be part of the cleaning fee. It is in a nice neighborhood in Glacier, WA. Which has a great restaurant (Gunners), decent coffee shop, and a store. Lots of hiking nearby, and the Nooksack river a couple blocks away. "This was a great property! We had plenty of space and privacy for all 6 of us. The house was well maintained and clean when we showed up. The gas stoves were a nice touch too. If we are looking for place to stay again, this is very high on the list!"

"A bit worn and come-as-you-are. So, maybe not a 5-star for everyone but worked perfectly for our large group of hikers. Plenty of comfortable beds and places to hang out. Everything was in working order and check in/out and communication with owner was excellent. Really nice location in town and close to a couple of great restaurants and coffee shop and even a place to pick up some grocery items (though not a full shop). For a large group of active people, I'd recommend it."

"I juat needed a place to stay for the night and didnt need anything fancy. This was the place for the lowest cost that didnt have bad reviews. It was actually so nice! "Stayed over a cold and very rainy weekend. I was recovering from a cold, and very much appreciated how well the heat in my room worked. I've stayed here before. Bellingham (a college town) has many coffee shops; the hotel's breakfast buffet features a local brand."

"Hotel location is very good, as well as service and decent and varied breakfast. Room was big; comfortable bedding and good shower. Informed when checking in that renovations were ongoing and that this was advertised everywhere which I found it was not at all mentioned at hotels.com site. Nevertheless, we were not bothered by construction noise but for other guests. Seems walls are way too thin. "
