Beautiful, New, Luxurious 2 bedroom/2 Bath Carriage House

Brand new carriage house in central location.
Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and hospital (approx 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Kelowna General Hospital).
2 bedrooms: one main bedroom with king size bed, ensuite with stand up shower and walk in closet
Second bedroom has queen sized bed and closet and is located next to main bathroom with tub/shower surround. Blackout blinds and desks in both bedrooms.
Price includes utilities, including wi-fi, cable and smart TV
High end furnishings - living room couch is a pull out queen sofa bed
Geared for business travellers or quiet couples/families looking to get away or need a place to stay short term
Quiet area, totally separate and contained, private patio with furniture/seating for 6 and barbecue with gas hookup. Fenced. Property accessed by a lane way (approx 100 feet from the main street) so very quiet.

Great Hide Away In Kelowna
Host was wonderful and responded quickly to all inquiries. Place its new, clean and everything functioned as it should. Short walks to the beach and all ammenities. The whole family can't wait to go back.

Fantastic stay!
Have only positive things to say about our 5 night stay at Lisa and Marshall's Carriage House. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We were 6 women and never felt cramped. Perfect in every way. Only comment re: sleeping is that one person on the hide-a-bed is preferable to two. Thank you, Lisa!!! From "Team Kaireen"

Fantastic for families
This property was perfect for our family of five (3 kids under 3). Gorgeous home, kid friendly (no breakables or areas to get into trouble), lots of space. Lisa and Marshall were friendly, communicative, available if needed, even helping us out with a request (DVD player). The beds were very comfortable and blackout blinds were perfect for the kids room. In the master there was light coming through the glass barn door from the bathroom but we hung a blanket over and it was fine. The location was perfect: easy access to main areas and walking distance to a couple parks, a phenomenal beach and grocery/restaurant/coffee. Hansen's Pizza was delicious! And Marmalade Cat Cafe was cute and GREAT with kids. We hope to return to Kelowna and will definitely look at the carriage house for our next trip.

Excellent little home away from home!
Wonderful little cottage with great open space and all the amenities. Location is fantastic close to shopping, beaches and more. We come to Kelowna annually and this was probably the best spot we have stayed. Lisa was more than helpful and friendly. My family would highly recommend this little private retreat to anyone. Beautiful, clean and close to all amenities!
My family and I recently (July 2018) stayed at Lisa and Marshall's beautiful carriage house while in town for a family wedding. Upon opening the door, the house exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful and PERFECT for two couples since the house essentially has two separate private areas both with full bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen is perfect for meal prep - lots of room to work. And the BBQ is great! The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying dinner and a glass (or two) of incredible Okanagan wine outside. The house is also within walking distance to all amenities - groceries, restaurants, liquor stores and beaches. A cab ride from the airport runs you about ~ $40 and downtown ~$15. Lisa also made herself available to us in case we had any questions or needed suggestions about the area which was incredibly thoughtful. I would highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kelowna. The moment we left, my husband and I were already talking about when we could come back! Excellent Value 5-Star Accommodation
Lisa and Marshall were amazing hosts--very friendly, helpful, accommodating, I could go on. The carriage house itself was just beautiful. High end finishes, modern, and a comfortable bed and couch. Absolutely everything we could need was available including dishes, appliances, BBQ and outdoor eating area. We had a wonderful five-night stay in Kelowna, greatly owing to the wonderful place to stay. Thank you Lisa and Marshall! We'll stay again if the occasion every arises.

Great location and property!
Lisa and Marshal made us feel right at home! When we arrived, we had a bottle of champagne waiting for us along with a note to welcome us to their property. Throughout our stay Lisa and Marshal checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed and let us know of things to do in the neighbourhood. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a nearby market. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to spending time here again.

Very beautiful place......All my family liked my pick of the carriage house and the location....We walked to the grocery store....got manicures....treated ourselves to DQ. My son's condo was only minutes away. Lisa was very accomadating and welcoming..... First experience with VRBO was a very positive one......

Lovely home!
Lisa and Marshall were amazing! The place was just what we needed - the prefect girls getaway! There was a nice bottle of Brut sitting on the table upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this home for any family or friends! Beach within walking distance, with some cool shops and restaurants. Downtown Kelowna only a short cab ride away. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect, quiet house, close to downtown
This is a nice new carriage house that can accommodate 6 adults very comfortably. The friendly and gracious hosts are on site and are able to respond to questions or requests almost immediately. Air conditioned and tucked away on a quiet side street away from traffic, it's the perfect place for a little R & R

Beautiful little gem in the heart of the action!
Such a clean, bright and functional space. Perfect location for walking anywhere to grocery stores, beach, restaurants and bars! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a nice home away from home in Kelowna. Lisa was fabulous to rent off of as well, really went above and beyond as a host!
