"This is the must pick hotel for Kelowna! Firstly, the hotel location is right next to all the essentials (historic downtown, highways and beaches ) and easy to find for tourists. Parking is accessible and street parking is available. Secondly, the staff are very kind and available whenever needed. Thirdly, the hotel room was absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean, ready to use and no complaints! They were happy to provide new towels daily. Housekeeping seen often around the rooms....
"I think the folks at Royal Anne do an incredible job of maintaining a hotel on a busy street in Downtown Kelowna. It is to their credit that the public misuse of the streets is buffered so well by their staff looking after the exterior of the property along with the interior. I truly think this hotel is a gem and I would stay again the next time I am in Kelowna. "

"É o que é. Um hotel à beira da estrada… a estrada principal de Kelowna… a meio caminho de tudo. Sofre pelo transito todo o dia e noite com os quartos que começam por 1 e 2 virados para a estrada sem conseguirem descansar. Os quartos que começam por 3 e 4 são para as traseiras e descansam mais. Pequeno almoço pobre na oferta de pão (só um tipo e empacotado).

"Very conveniently located near downtown, near the lake. With the pool, has griller for your barbecue. Everything you need is there. Satisfied and highly recommend. If you're not as sensitive there's a bit of mold in the grout in the washroon. Sink was a bit clogged but i keep forgetting to report because we have been mostlyde the whole day. "
"My wife and I recently went to Kelowna for a wedding. This hotel was recommended to us by the bride. Although we checked out other options I am happy we spent our long weekend here. We enjoy a suite on the main floor by the courtyard. The room was quiet and comfortable. My only complaint would be about the lighting in the rooms. They are kind of dim. We kept the curtains closed for privacy reasons and the electric bulbs in the room were not enough to brighten the place up. I would...

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Lake and the City! La maison est magnifique avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes, en plus d’être à seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville de Kelowna.
