"My wife and I stayed at this condo in late Oct 2024. It has an excellent view of the beach. It's very clean and well stocked. Elaine was great to work with. She responded to our questions very promptly and gave us detailed instructions on check-in/ check-out procedures. Elaine made us feel like she is very appreciative of her renters. Just prior to our trip Florida was hit by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Elaine kept us updated on the condition of the condo and Marco Island. ...

Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet für Leute, die selbst kochen wollen. Und im Kühlschrank hat es auch eine Eismaschine. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Wir haben vor allem den Balkon genossen, wo in ruhiger Umgebung der Abend genossen werden kann. Brad hat uns bei unserer Ankunft aus der Ferne unterstützt,...

"Location was perfect - directly on the beach. Condo was updated and spotless. Loved having towels, chairs, and umbrellas available to take to the beach. Michael and Rhonda were great with communication! "

"Property was exactly as advertised and after a brief entry issue (quickly addressed by owners) we had an enjoyable two week stay. Great proximity to beaches and restaurants/shopping. On a busy road but U-turns easy to negotiate. Would have preferred an indoor eating/game table as enclosed patio was mosquito accessible and I’m a mosquito magnet. Nice warm pool and plenty of parking including a garage. Would consider staying again when visiting the area."

"Loved the location! The view from the balcony is unbeatable! The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. There were even beach bags to get our things down to the pool/beach. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The building staff was wonderful and Teresa was great to work with and communicate with.
