"1. The location is literally on the shoreline with continuous surf and great sunsets. No road/car noise with golf fairway on 1 side and the shoreline on the other side of building. 2. Very tastefully remodeled and furnished. Great beds. 3. On-shore breeze and multiple ceiling fans kept the apartment comfortable. 4. Well equipped with dishes, pans and small appliances. 5. The only deficiency was the lanai ceiling fan did not work. Knutson said they would address after our departure. "

"The house has a fantastic location, amazing views and interesting architecture. However, we were there one night, and the pool and hot tub were dirty. No skimmer was provided so we could try to clean it and the master bathtub wasn't clean either. The drain had dirt and hair. The check out of 10 am sucks, especially as it seems the extra time isn't needed for cleaning. I believe we received a discount because we booked one night about a week and a half prior to staying. "We felt SO at home in this beautiful, clean, well stocked & comfortable home. I own a cleaning company so it’s hard to impress me normally. We were all impressed and felt this home lacked nothing. We all wished we had chosen this home for our entire stay instead of starting at a different location. We felt like we were staying with family. There were so many beach toys that were a great asset including beach chairs!We definitely hope to come again. "

"This was the best rental we've ever done. Place was great, fully accommodated six adults and four grandkids with beds and baths for all. Excellent indoor and outdoor dining. "We had a wonderful stay! Fantastic location, clean and beautifully furnished. The lanai is spectacular, roomy, comfortable with a breathtaking view. Sunsets were one of a kind right from the golf course green. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Shopping right across the highway with plenty of restaurant options. "This property's view made up for its shortcomings. Watching the ocean, with whales, waves, dolphins galore was incredible! The house itself was beautiful but could use some light repairs. There are some pool toys and beach gear in garage. Be sure to walk/drive 1 mile south to "end of the world" at high surf!"

"This condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The lanai is absolutely spectacular and aside from sleeping, we spent virtually all of our time in the unit on the lanai. The complex itself is also very nice with a large pool kept at a perfect temperature. We also enjoyed playing tennis and pickle ball."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s about 15 minutes south of Kona proper. There is a grocery store right around the corner, which was super convenient. The condo is stocked with all kinds of cookware, Tupperware, and cooking appliances. We made many of our meals and had everything we needed.
