"What a find! Clean, comfortable and convenient. The house has charm, modern amenities, big flat backyard, wifi, and easy parking. We played the board games that were there, and I enjoyed the travel guides and books. It's great to be able to walk around (hilly, but that makes for great scenery) - we especially enjoyed Bolivar Bakery, Snallygasters restaurant, and whitewater rafting (Harpers Ferry Adventure Center). We'd definitely stay here again."

"The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We will be staying again!!"

"We have been staying here once a year since Covid and it's still our favorite local trip. We don't bring a lot of people, but still appreciate the size of the house. The indoor pool and spa are still our favorite parts of the house. Having the brewery next door is really nice. I appreciate that I can bring my dogs. "Our stay was outstanding. The accommodations were perfect for a weekend couple get-away in the woods. Our unit was clean and very well furnished and decorated. The surrounding property was spectacular. We had the pleasure to meet the really nice hosts, and even got to tour the other rentals on the property. We will definitely be returning in a future visit to Berkely Springs. Fun little town. Take a hot mineral bath at the Spa just like George Washington."

"Cozy, small house that is close to the mountains & hiking. Sky Meadows State Park is very close; the ridge above includes the AT. Civilization vis a vis Middleburg, Marshall, and Purcellville are all within a pleasant, half-hour drive. Eating in the screened-in porch was great!"
