1-year new property.
This cozy newly constructed 1-bedroom studio, with its own private entry next to the main house separated by garage, is located on a one-acre land harboring the most unique feature of Hawaii Paradise Park in Keaau and offers a real retreat from the busy world. Within a 5 minutes' drive you can sit on the stunning swirling lava-made cliff to hear the amazing rhythm of the ocean, feel the cool ocean breeze from the middle of the Pacific and be the first person to see the beautiful sunrise on the island. The property is in a great location close to Volcano National Park(VNP), Black Sand Beach and Downtown Hilo, with easy access to shops, food and amenities. It is an ideal place if you are looking to get away from crowds and noisy tourist areas.
The room has been furnished with brand-new amenities: King-size bed with 14" Comfort Memory Foam Mattress, 3-seat Harstine Leather Sofa, apartment size refrigerator, 50" smart TV, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, Kettle, Extra standing fan, 300M Fiber high-speed Wifi, Google Home Mini, wireless phone charger, and many more items.
The street from the main road to the property is unpaved but is a very short distance. The water source is from a water catchment with double filters and UV filtration system.
The property manager lives on-site and may be present while you stay. You are welcome to ask any questions that you may have.
The unit is for registered guest(s) only and has a maximum of 2 people. If you have more than 2 people, please contact the property manager before booking. You may be asked to present your ID while checking in.

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood!
We had a lovely stay in Hilo at this location. The host was communicative and friendly, the place was very clean and suited what we were looking for. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hilo and surrounding areas for a few days. This is in a residential neighborhood. Volcano natonal park is 30 min away, so are some decent restaurants.

Nice, Simple Place
The place was great. Very clean and very new. The location isn’t very close to any shops so it’s a bit of a drive if you need anything, but still only 15 minutes from Hilo. Holly was a very nice and helpful host. The only downfall is that the kitchen doesn’t have a stove for cooking. It could really benefit from a portable stovetop to allow home-cooked meals. But other than that, it was lovely!

Charming and super clean!
Perfect stay in Kea’au for a couple or solo traveler. Holly is a gracious, accommodating host. The room is comfortable, safe, and surprisingly spacious. I’ve already booked a return visit! Highly recommend.

Short and sweet
check in and check out was easy peasy. Holly came to greet us upon arrival. She’s super friendly and very welcoming. Our stay here was a short one but it was perfect. Everything was as stated on listing. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent stay
This was a great stay for us. It was a bit dusty in higher places like on top of the shower curtain rod but other than that it was very very clean. We felt welcomed as Holly met us to give us the keys. The property has a locking gate, motion sensors, and the room has plenty of sunlight. The vehicle was safely on our side of the locked gate so we felt comfortable leaving items in our car. We did flip the breaker and Holly remedied the situation very quickly. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I could recommend is it would be nice to have hot pads to pull hot items from the microwave.

Very clean spacious place for two
We wanted to stay someone on east side and this place we cleaner then some hotels we’ve stayed at. The host was friendly and very accommodating. The pros: Very clean and the shower had very hot water. Had general necessity like fridge, microwave, etc. location was great to get up early to see the sunrise at paradise cliffs. Minor cons: Didn’t have an air condition, so we kept the windows open (cooled off later in the evening), but since the road was gravel we could hear cars drive by.

Awesome launch point for Volcanoes NP
Popped into Holly's place in advance of our visit to Volcanoes NP. Really great location and clean place. Perfect for getting a solid night of rest and getting some laundry done before for the park. Thanks again Holly.
